Excellent and creative foods, breakfast and lunch and desserts are memorable in their own right; but eating in the garden among all the fun artifacts - and the staff and service are wonderful. Truly one of the best and most memorable eating places - and we travel a lot. Owners Vinnie and Dana are dedicated to a wonderful, fun time... More

The food is great, the staff is fabulous. You can not be in a rush when you go to the Sandbox and time seems to stop when you arrive there. I always feel like I have gone to the Florida Keys. I amazes me that they can make such great food from the teeny tiny kitchen they have. Be sure... More

We have visited this establishment a few times this summer. We have yet to be disappointed with any of our choices for breakfast. We have tried lunch here but we highly recommend going for breakfast instead. If you want to avoid a long wait we suggest trying to be there at least 15 minutes b4 their scheduled opening. During high... More

My wife and I have been wanting to go to this restaurant for some time but always passed it up because of the wait. Well we decided to wait and we are glad we did. This is an outside restaurant and is very tight but it didn't bother us. I felt like we were eating somewhere outside in NYC just... More

You'll wait for a table but man, is it worth it. Great pancakes ( try the Sizzler), eggs, waffles, etc. the oatmeal with raisins is served in a big parfait glass and is absolutely delicious. Top off the great food with a perfect LBI setting and really friendly waiters. Well worth the visit!

Our group of six had a wonderful brunch at this charming outdoor cafe. Parmesan Baked eggs are to die for. And don't miss ordering a fruit-filled sizzling pancake to share for "dessert!"

Visited w/ a coworker for breakfast. Quaint and cozy corker eatery in Ship Bottom, NJ. Had the pumpkin bread French toast, was very tasty. Absolutely loved that none of the coffee cups matched. I don't have matching coffee cups in my house either.

For anyone whose ever been to Key West it reminds me of a cross between Pepes and Blue Heaven. Great fresh breakfast. I had something called the Drunken Monkey (stuffed French toast, plantains, bananas) - couldn't say enough good things about it. My wife and daughter loved their breakfast too. Just FYI - it can be a little tight inside... More

Like you've stepped into Alice In Wonderland, the Sand Box is a cute little escape from the world. The menu is full of unique creations, heavy on the sweet side. Although the dining area was charming, the tables are packed so closely it feels a little tight. You become friendly with the neighboring diners because you can't help overhearing their... More
