Though we have stayed on LBI many times over the years, my family tried bisque for the first time this week. What a wonderful discovery! Service was professional and friendly. Everything was fantastic from the lobster bisque with huge chunks of lobster to the halibut with a creamy crab risotto. Though we were full, we couldn't leave without trying dessert.... More

Bisque is a solid restaurant, with consistently excellent food, open year round in LBI. Their Prime Rib is the best I’ve ever had, and the special menu additions are usually interesting and delicious. We eat here about 4 – 6 times a year and we have never had a bad meal. Portion size is large, so I usually leave with... More

The Bisque. The Risotto with Halibut. The attentive service. All effectively presented and exquisitely tasteful.

My wife and I visited Bisque in July in LBI. My wife had the prime rib and I had the pork chop. Both were excellent. Bisque has the BYOB policy, which makes it easier to choose your own wine. The service was excellent also.

We were visiting friends in Long Beach Island and went to Bisque for dinner. We were seated immediately by a very friendly hostess. The food was excellent and so was the service. We've been to several restaurants in the area and, so far, this was the best. Seating is arranged so that you have some sense of privacy, tables were... More

Great lobster bisque!!! The ricotta stuffed mozzarella with tomato was real good and different. Maple glazed halibut was tasty. And if you're getting desert get the chocolate pudding mousse cake. Oh and it's BYOB

Every year when my wife and I return from Florida we look forward to our first visit to Bisque. We are never disappointed...the food is always remarkable great. It is nice to have a restaurant nearby that you can count on to be consistently good.

We eatr at a lot of seafood restaurants & always try the seafood bisque. It is no exaggeration when I say this spot has the best Lobster Bisque i have ever had. The only negative is the portion is too small...my wife & i were tempted to lick the bowls! Bisque also has several excellent entre's and appetizers. The staff... More

Three couples had several items on the menu. The seared halibut and sautéed shrimp had the highest votes... 4 out of 5 stars. The special was a grouper that was on top of a large grilled pineapple covered with rice and topped with macadamia nuts which I rate as a 3. The fish was good, but I was not impressed... More

We have visited Bisque on several occasions since we are addicted to the Bisque Onion Soup and the freshness of any of the seafood dishes. Our food is always extremely fresh and cooked to perfection. Nothing has ever disappointed us! It's so nice to find a place that makes you feel at home from the moment you walk in the... More
