Arugula Restaurant strives to surpass all of your expectations for an Italian restaurant. We have worked very hard over the past three years to give our guests exceptional service, the finest of local ingredients and a unique atmosphere to dine in. Despite being located in a quiet, secluded area of Washington Township, we can bet you will be amazed. Providing our guests with an exceptional experience at our restaurant is what we live for. With that said, we have taken all of your suggestions and comments over the past few years and have decided to put something new on the table. With a lower price point in mind as well as an opportunity to take a journey through our menu, we have designed an entirely new concept. Grab your favorite bottle of wine and see for yourself! First time we went was Restaurant Week so unable to use our groupon. We returned last night with success. They have a 3 for 30 special on Thursdays but I had called earlier in the day to be sure that they had the full menu so we could use our coupon. We arrived at 4:00 as we needed to be... read more

The place is cute and the service was good. The food was good but nothing to write home about. I thought it was a little expensive for BYOB. I probably wouldn't go back on my own but I would if a friend enjoyed it or wanted to try it out.

last two times my wife and I went the portions were extremely small. Salad was one piece of lettuce and a tomato slice. Not good...think everbody quit. No buser working according to the waitress ran out of spoons etc. Time to find something else because this is just a rip off at this point.

Chef's presentation of each dish was excellent, but food quality was average; beef was tough; skimpy portions for the price; seemed not enough servers to give attention to the diners. Had to ask multiple times for water refills and ice. Because of lackluster service we were disappointed with overall experience. As they say on Food Network, better to have excellent... More

Arugula is the place you go when you want to make dining an experience. When you have been in a relationship for a while and want to go on a date or want a girls night with a bottle of wine. It's fun to order several different small plates or pasta dishes and sample them with your guests. I highly... More

while the quality of the food is still up to par, the volume in the restaurant has increased for some reason. The last two times we were there, we couldn't hear ourselves next to each other at the same table. That alone has kept us from returning.

Went with 8 to celebrate a birthday. Very disappointed and first time there. Waitress was dopey. The service slow. Long wait time. food was cold. Limited selection and pricey menu. 20$ for a small pasta . Salad extra. Meat balls extra. Small and crampy accomadations. Letter from me to the owner complaint and never responded.

This is my family's "special occasion spot". The prices are a bit high but the food is high end! Plus, it's BYOB! For us, this is excellent! We like to have wine, cocktails and beer. We like to pair foods together. So, if you visit bring your favorite bottle. On our last visit my husband and I went for our... More

Tasty small plates a little on expensive side but worth it. Would recommend to all my friends and family.

Arugula's location is in a run down strip mall. The decor is contemporary, black and silver. The lighting is dim. There are way too many tables crammed into the space, and the noise level makes it very difficult to talk. We were a party of 3, and found ourselves having to shout to each other, all evening, in order to... More
