If you're looking for the sameness, speed, and style of a chain restaurant, go somewhere else. This is like going to someone's home. Each meal is cooked to order from ingredients fresh from the market that day (and that is why there are more specials each day than regular menu items), and you must wait your turn. But the wait... I have been to this place numerous times. I stopped going for several reasons. 1. The place is too small. We were always either put on a table literally next to the restroom or close to the entrance, which blows cold wind during winter. 2. They stopped taking credit card, not making anyone aware. For instance, put a sign of... More

From first impressions we didn't believe how good this place would be. The restaurant / trattoria is by anyone's standard looks uninspiring however inside there awaits a wonderful culinary experience. My wife and I decided to share an antipasto and thankfully the decision was a wise one, the plateful of melon, caprese, aubergine and bruschetta was incredible. My wife and... More

Excellent food and service. Very simple restaurant but was worth going there. I had a Vegeterian lasagna. My grandson wanted something out of the menu and they were so nice to prepare what he wanted.

This little homey hole in the wall with its handmade sign outside - was a real surprise, Enjoy the food is an understatement. The appetizer that we had gotten had half a sweet cantaloup with prosciutto, three different brushetta, two eggplant rollatini, a ball of mozzarella and sliced tomatoes, we shared that between three of us. It was huge. Our... More

My wife and I were going to see a Jets game at the stadium and I just wanted to find someplace to eat a good meal before we went. This place far exceeded expectations. Its a small quaint little place off a main road and not the easiest to find, but if you have a sharp eye you will see... More

Trattoria da pino is a little "hole in the wall" restaurant in the older part of Secaucus a bit away from the mall with all its newer chain restaurants. The trattoria has only eight tables and serves no alcohol, so you can bring your own wine, or you can go to the end of the block and buy it. Pino... More

My husband and I were in the area visiting, and we relied on tripadvisor for our dinner. This place was exactly how others reviewed; good home cooked meal, real Italian not Americanized. Pino thank you for the amazing pasta dishes. They don't have a liquor lic. But you can bring your own!!! Worth the wait for your meal, don't be... More
