Love this place, and they know me and my friends FAR too well. We always have a great time, whether we are a small or large group, or even the times I go there by myself. The only downside is that they charge a ton of money if you want extra shrimp/chicken/beef with your meal. Other than that, it's a... More

I have dined quite frequently at Siam Basil. The food is consistently terrific and each meal has been a treat. The only down side is the wait staff NEVER SMILES! It is a bit off putting, and it would just be nice to be served/greeted with a smile. Not too much to ask.

Wife and I stopped in after walking the boards between Bradley Beach and Asbury Park. What a welcome surprise as this was our first visit to this restaurant. Too bad it is located on a busy thoroughfare, this being the only distraction. The food tasted fresh and tasty. My wife, who is not a lover of too much hot spicy... More

we wanted to try a local Thai place, and a few of our friends recommended this place. Service was excellent, atmosphere was casual Thai. Food was served hot, straight from the Kitchen, and was very tasty. We had the Tamarind Duck and Pad Thai Seafood special. Prices were reasonable and portions were decent. It was a winter nite, and the... More

We have been enjoying excellent dining experiences at Siam Basil for many years. It has become our go to New Years restaurant. The food is always fresh and spiced perfectly from curries to noodle or fried rice dishes they always excel. Although if you really want to experience Siam at its best, try any of their Duck dishes although the... More

I have been to Siam basil twice with a friend of mine and both times we have found the food to be delicious and the staff very friendly. The prices are reasonable and we had no complaints.

Best Thai food you'll find in NJ. I've only tried a few things on the menu, but nothing has disappointed me yet. A little small on the inside, so it does get crowded during the busy hours of the peak season.

Small, casual BYOB with very good thai food. Service was good and unobtrusive. Can get very crowded, in which case the service can be spotty, but in general, a good place to go for thai food.

I've tried a few Thai places in the area and Siam Basil is by far the best of the bunch and I do go there every few weeks. The service is good and fast and, as another reviewer mentioned, the staff is consistent. It's not a fancy place and, while often times it is not crowded, I have been there... More

I've been here many times I'm a real Thai food fan. The place is small and simple in decor it has it's Thai touch which makes it very unique and colorful but not fancy. The staff is regular and I would guess it's a family owned restaurant and they are Thai which is probably the main reason why the food... More
