This place was an old stagecoach stop. The ambiance is really nice. We were seated in a room with a fireplace. Food is good and reasonably priced. I come here often for good food and company. Highly recommended!

We were here last week for a party of 9 family birthday party. It was very nice. We were seated in the older part of the building in an upstairs room at a large round table. We had our own server who did a great job. Everyone chose items from the dinner menu and enjoyed the food. I had a... More

The food is very good and the atmosphere is a lot of fun, classic rustic. The regular menu is good, but our favorite is Monday, all you can east Ravioli. They have multiple kinds in multiple sauces, and the combinations are wonderful. Great for a couple or a group.

Nice local place to go for lunch. Outdoor eating area during the warmer months. Large bar area with many televisions. They have a magician one night too...(Thursday???) pretty entertaining. Don't know his name, big on card tricks. Food is good. Certain time of the year they also have a BBQ promotion going on....never went to that so cannot comment.

First time visit and went with a group of 10....interesting old building and nice choice of lunch entrees from salads, to burgers, sandwiches and a lunch special which included a salad or soup. There was some nice outdoor seating, but we chose to eat in a private room. Food was tasty and the service with Brian was good too. Everyone... More

the ambience in this historic tavern is great, the building's historical integrity is completely in tact. The food was great, the server's wine suggestions were pretty good. The only drawback was the server's lack of listening skills, and he was unnecessarily condescending a couple of times. The service attitude should be better, considering our party's tab was around $250.

We sat a table for four in the outside bar area. The food was very good, the portions were large. The drinks were OK - one of two mixed drinks was so weak I think they forgot the alcohol. The biggest complaint was that management allows patrons to smoke at the tables near the outdoor bar. There are large signs... More

Went to the Stage House for a special family event on July 21. Food was great, ambiance is pleasant, and the staff are doting. Thank you!
