This place is creatively decorated - kind of Italian-rustic-modern-barn style. While the acoustics are horrendous and the place is very very loud, I suppose it's more comfortable on a slower night (which is when we will return). We liked our waiter a lot - he was friendly, knew a lot about the menu, and checked on us appropriately. We started... More

The decor may not be the most fashionable as it is rustic and somewhat worn yet the spinach Gnocchi and pastas with fish and squid were very good. There are many additional specials to choose from so the menu is quite varied.Focus on the pastas and bring your own wine and enjoy. The service was exceptional and they even decanted... More

Georgia's is definitely a well kept secret. The food is amazing especially their signature dish Veal Marsala. You must look at the menu before hearing the specials though because they are so incredible. The desserts are to die for and always magically tasting. The wait staff are probably the best I've ever experienced. A must...

What was supposed to be a nice dinner with friends and family turned out to be unpleasant and stressful primarily due to rude management. Some of our party arrived 20 minutes late. The owner's sister/ hostess came to our table and in a very rude manner told us that we were disrupting the kitchen since all of our party was... More

I had heard a lot of good things about this restaurant and was excited to try it. My husband and I ordered a salad, two appetizers, and two main courses. The only good food we had was the salad! Everything we ordered was a special for the evening. That's usually a safe bet in most places! The stuffed baby eggplant... More

I wanted to love Giorgia. Great review in the ny times and especially after a long trip down from north jersey through Friday night traffic. Byo is always a plus, right? But it did not exactly live up to our expectations. I expected a somewhat more formal dining italian atmosphere with the owner walking around table to table. we found... More

This is a place for locals - it stands in the shadow of the Fromagerie across the street and is so non-descript in outward appearance that it is easy to miss. But don't miss it. The food is perfectly prepared, service is casual, crowd is nicely mixed. Not your usual Italian fare - the usual ingredients but prepared into unique... More

The service is exquisite. A decanter was offered for our BYO. Wine. The calamari appetizer was so different, yet the most delicious combination I have ever tasted. The buccatini pasta, tagliatelli shrimp dish and the spinach gnocchi were out of this world. Everything is so different than the usual. A must try if you are "foodies"like us. We have been... More
