We went to The Rio Station after the USCG basic training graduation. We had about 16 people in total. The restaurant was not crowded yet they sat us at 2 booths and 2 tables. There was a section that would have accommodated our whole group but they did not want to move us because we were assigned to 2 different... More

My husband and I recently went to the Rio Station to try the special Octoberfest menu. My husband was also there to sample the authentic German beer; and was not disappointed. (truth be told - we returned the following day just for another beer!). I had the pork and sauerkraut and my husband had the Veinerschnitzle. (SP?). Both dishes were... More

Have been coming to Wildwood for many years and never ate here. So I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of food we got with the early bird special. I had the best crab cakes there. A must stop next year.

Stopped in for lunch. It was not that busy. Took 10 minutes to take drink order and 10 more minutes to get the glass of water. After 45 minutes, had to leave, because food was obviously not coming. Waiter did apologize. Worst service I have ever had. I asked for the Manager's card. He said that I would have to... More

Had a bad experience at another restaurant in the area and before my family and I left we checked out the rio station. I have been hearing around town a lot about this restaurant. Mainly there are 3 chef's from well known restaurants working here. Wow 3 chef's in one restaurant this has to be good. This place was packed... More

It was Saturday night, it was Irish Festival and Car Show weekend and it was time to find a restaurant for dinner. After cruising the normal hot spots in Cape May and seeing long lines we decided to head back north and look around Wildwood and we came across the Rio Station. Once inside we were told the wait would... More

Located on the mainland just minutes from many shore resort towns, The food is excellent, especially the famous crab cakes, and the service is friendly and efficient, courtesy of Ryan, Michelle and their colleagues. The bread is warm, crusty on the outside, and soft on the inside. Too good! I couldn't stop eating it. Try it. The grub is every... More
