Nice cross btwn. fancy and casual seafood place. Serious about their cooking and service is good. They'll work w/ on on special requests/needs. Check it out. Lo liquor license when we were there but there's a wine store 30 feet away.

Went here for my work holiday party, have to say it was delicious! They definitely do quality over quantity. I had their lobster bisque, and crab cakes. You can tell everything is fresh. Our waitress was also a doll. I forgor her name but she had curly red hair. Service was impeccable.

This place has the makings (location, menu, ambiance) of a great place, but they just don't deliver. They don't take reservations, or even seat couples in favor of foursomes. So while you wait for a table, there are 2-3 tables of 4 that sit empty. Appy's were good, as was the crab cake entree, but the seafood Fra Diavalo was... More

This was our third attempt at this local BYOB.. we were a table of 6. The menu is not the one they have on their website...The food was fine, stuffed flounder, a great med rare tuna, over cooked salmon, a bowl of fried chicken, Chilean Sea bass was the best, and then the worst dish..the Colossal shrimp tasted as if... Hi Trip Advisor fans. We're back home in NJ and decided to try a local restaurant and we ended up at blue water Seafood in Red Banks. Our friends who accompanied us ate here before and were impressed enough to come back with us. We were not disappointed. The menu had plenty of appetizing alternatives, the food was excellent and... Delicious seafood spot on Broad St. Bring your own wine and enjoy a varied menu. The lobster roll to share is a must!

Food was ok, not what I expected. Good location and the waitress was very friendly. But all in all too expensive for what it is. What I really liked is that you bring your own wine or beer because the restaurant doesn't have a liquor license. That saves some $.

Blue Water was recommended by a good friend and we came prepared with a few Belgian beers, as it is a BYOB.. which we love. We were greeted promptly and shown to a table and handed menus... unfortunately they have a new menu, one that is not on their website... a some what smaller new menu. I choose the lobster... More

Red Bank is quant lively area with shopping and many resturants to choose. The Blue Water Seafood was recommended and it did not disappoint. The resturant is small and cozy, the service was great. It does not have a liquor license so bring your own bottle. I had the Salmon which broiled sides. The Salmon was cook perfectly. My friend... More

The food although yes, delicious.. is a tad salty. I understand seafood can be saltier at times but I prefer something that tastes fresh and well cooked rather then over salted just to mild the fishy taste. The atmosphere was nice... and our server was more then helpful!
