It's the only Vietnamese restaurant in Red Bank but it's the only one you need. Very good food at reasonable prices. We arrived early for dinner at 5:30 p.m.and were the only diners but by 6:00 p.m. the place was packed and there were many "to go" orders being placed. It's BYOL so you can bring your own bottle of... More

This place is a gem- great food at great prices. Good tea, nice hot soups and entrees. Love the Pho (soup) Small but you usually can get a table mid day.

PHO means soup in Vietnamese, or so i'm told. This PHO (soup) restaurant has all you can imagine. fresh veggies and the broth has practically no sodium. Can you say healthy. We preceded that with the spring rolls and lettuce, then followed by the "Super bowl:. all delish...we have gone back several times already. The prices are very reasonable for... More

My husband who has been to Vietnam said the dishes were less spicy than true dishes. He asked for nuoc mam, but it wasn't the same. The owner indicated it was Americanized, that being said the meal was still good. I had the Saigon crepes all three times I was there and loved them, although a little messy to eat... More

We dined at Pho Le Saturday night. Having never tried Vietnamese food, we were pleasantly surprised. The portions were generous and our party of 4 was able to share the delicious crepes with assorted greens for an appetizer. The Super Bowl is an outragous treat with perfect seasoning. The filet was one of the best my son has tasted and a... More

Pho Le offers a nice selection of Vietnamese dishes and they are delicious. It is BYO (wine store right nearby!) Also, please note for those of us who love bahn mi it is only served for lunch. No worries though because for an evening dish the Pho is just as desired. If you prefer something less "Vietnamese/US traditional" you are... More

My wife and a friend had a great meal here. We started out with Shrimp Spring Rolls with peanut sauce. Then my friend had the Chicken Stir-Fry, my wife had a Saigon\Vietnamese Crape, I had a Steak Banh Mi sandwich on baguette type bread. The Crape was quite interesting where they serve it with lettuce leafs. You cut or take... More

We have been dining at Pho Le weekly since it opened, and prior to that we dined weekly at their old location in Lincroft. We have friends that join us each week and it is something we all look forward to. We started out going for pho ga (chicken soup.) Since then we have branched out and I believe that,... More

Love this place for takeout! I have never eaten in the restaurant because it is very small and usually crowded (and i live right around the corner!) I have tried most of the soups on their menu and love them all. The summer roll app is a must! Very fresh tasting and surprisingly large!
