Excellent Food

Different menu each time I have been there for dinner, The food is extremely fresh and delicious. Reasonably priced and BYOB is a plus!

After hearing positive feedback about this restaurant, I was sadly disappointed by the total dining experience at Via 45. The service, the menu and the food were all very uninspired. I ordered the black cod and it tasted as if it was prepared by a home cook and not a trained chef. The veggies were all overcooked and the total... More

The evening started well in the comfortable family dining room atmosphere. We shared a selection of appetisers/salads which were all very good. However, the main courses were over the top in quantity and number of ingredients. My eggplant dish was greasy and stodgy. Had it not been for the fact that we were guests that evening I would have sent... More

We've been a number of times and are always happy we decided to book a table. Vegetarian and vegan friendly! Always veg items featured on the menu and if you notify them in advance they're happy to accommodate with even more offerings. Fantastic food with seasonal ingredients...absolutely delicious!

It was just my wife and I for an early New Year's eve dinner. Claudette and Lauren never fail to amaze us with their cooking. My wife started off with a grilled romaine lettuce salad and I took the liberty of ordering rigatoni with shrimp and bacon. Since this was an entrée portion I thought I would eat half and... More

We has been given a $50 gift certificate and decided to use it last week for my wife's birthday dinner. The 1st thing I realized when looking at the menu was that the certificate would only cover one of us. I know that they are known for all fresh ingredients and it's a BYOB so...it was going to be more... More

This restaurant was recommended by a friend and it did not disappoint. My friend told me to bring 2 bottles of wine as the food is prepared fresh and it could take some time to come out of the kitchen but on this night we were served promptly and it did not take long at all between salads and main... Out for dinner with friends at Via45 in RBank and was just wonderful.. The food had been purchased fresh that day, was uniquely created for serving that evening and was just delicious! We LOVED that the chefs came out to mingle with the crowd, as well as to share how they had been "culinarily inspired" to create the dishes they... More

What a hidden gem in Red Bank, NJ. I didn't even know it was there until Perry Poricelli, from New York Vintners Consulting, told me about it. And, what a delight. The evening was like being at home with 25 special guests. Each course was great, unique and paired beautifully with the wines. And, this was my first time there.... More

We have eaten at Via 45 many times. Each one was better than the next. Unfortunately, this time was a disaster. We arrived at 6 PM and were immediately seated. The waitress came over and told us the specials and we ordered. The appys were fab. My friend and I ordered the mozzy/tomato/ artichoke salad, my husband ordered the sausage... More
