Arrived about 9:30 Pm on a cold wintery rainy night off Hwy 17, tired after flying several hours and then driving for 2 hrs through heavy traffic in NYC metro area from the airport on our way home. Friendliness, helpfulness, and patience of the manager, staff, and waiter were exceptional. After placing our entree order it was prepared quickly from... More

Italian kitchen with many tasteful dishes. They have pleasant wines. Prices are affordable. Ideal for guest of the next door Holiday Inn Express.

Menu has about 3 things to choose from. Ok, I'm exaggerating but u get the point. There is nobody here yet it took forever to get served. And waiter not attentive. I asked about specials and he said there were none. Yet half way thru the meal we saw them listed on a board As for the food, lets start... More

Service was good and the food was very good. Especially for a chain operation. Have eaten in Macaroni grills before and this one lives up to the reputation.

My kids love the macaroni grill. My husband and I liked it because we could get great food and drinks, and have an enjoyable dinner with our kids. But, something has changed recently. The atmosphere is very blah. The servers are not enthusiastic. The servers used to have their 'scripts', and wrote their name on the paper table cloth. Now,... More

It's been awhile since I have been to a Macaroni Grill, it was a wonderful visit. All of the food was great and the service was great. It was a Saturday night and it was very busy. If you are in the area, this is a good place to go. Prices were good also.

Ordered a drink but it took almost 10 minutes for our server to comeback and say that it was not available. Looking over a the bar, there was no one sitting at the bar. What we did see was the bartender was the server for tables as other servers stood around and did nothing. I am guessing the ones standing... More

Visited on a Thursday night, restaurant was not very busy. Pleasant decor, table cloths attractive settings, Sinatra-style music. Attentative knowledgable staff. The steak was rare,as ordered, well seared, thick juicy and delicious. The wine list was medium-limited but very well priced with Thursday evening half-priced special incorporated, so a fime California Cabernet was just over $20 a bottle. The meal... More

What a joke of a resteraunt! We waited an hour for for our order. Worth the wait? In a word No. Below average at best. Terrible service in every respect. Avoid this like the plague
