Good Value

For a chain, the food is very good. Good prices and excellent service too. Much better than the Olive Garden.

OK, but not special. Food is good, but portions smaller than in most italian restaurants. No reservations, but had "call ahead".

Normally have a good experience but haven't gone back since last year. Wasn't happy with take out. Too many other choices in the area.

We had a $25 gift certificate, so we came. My first impression was horrible. I stopped into the men's room immediately after being seated. It reminded me of what the Port Authority Bus Terminal men's room looked and smelled like years ago!! Toilet paper and paper towels all over the floor. The stalls had wet marks from use on the... We went to Macaroni Grill for a dinner to celebrate a retiring employee. It was nice they gave us the back room for some privacy, but a lot went wrong with the meal. I’d like to think that because we were a large party that it was too much for the staff to handle, but I still don’t think there’s... More

The staff is always happy and friendly. The food, however, tastes like generic cafeteria food. It is exactly like simple boxed pasta boiled on the stove with canned pasta sauce dumped on top...

Arrived about 9:30 Pm on a cold wintery rainy night off Hwy 17, tired after flying several hours and then driving for 2 hrs through heavy traffic in NYC metro area from the airport on our way home. Friendliness, helpfulness, and patience of the manager, staff, and waiter were exceptional. After placing our entree order it was prepared quickly from... More

Italian kitchen with many tasteful dishes. They have pleasant wines. Prices are affordable. Ideal for guest of the next door Holiday Inn Express.

Menu has about 3 things to choose from. Ok, I'm exaggerating but u get the point. There is nobody here yet it took forever to get served. And waiter not attentive. I asked about specials and he said there were none. Yet half way thru the meal we saw them listed on a board As for the food, lets start... More

Service was good and the food was very good. Especially for a chain operation. Have eaten in Macaroni grills before and this one lives up to the reputation.
