Can you hear me now?

Dined here several times over the years. We find the restaurant always busy for dinner. Not different this time. The Thanksgiving holiday weekend may have added extra busy-ness. The drawback was a very noisy and loud ambiance (or lack thereof), with large families crowding the tables. This was... read more

This is an hidden gem in Princeton. We have been to this restaurant several times and every experience has been excellent. The food is great and the service is even better. We have always gone early in the evening when the restaurant is sparsely filled. The salads are large, fresh and flavorful. They have no liquor license but Public is... More

Have gone here a good number of times over the years. Recently we went there and had a fish dish which was so good we decided to go back the next week and order the same thing and it was like we were in another restaurant, completely different quality. We have noticed this a number of times. So we will... More

Every time I am in the vicinity of Princeton, I always take at least one meal here. I don't understand the criticisms about cancelled reservations etc. None of that has ever happened to me. I've been going here for 10 years. To be fair, I suppose one might wait a few minutes for a table, but that happens everywhere. Michael,... More

Lovely food, always good service. I have had nothing but good experiences dining here with my wife. I am shocked by the stories I have read about cancelled reservations - really does not sound like the same place that I have grown to treasure. Every time we have had a good experience

"Your reservation has been canceled" The about sums up my experience with this restaurant. I had confirmed a reservation a week ago for 11 people for Saturday @ 2PM. On Friday I called to increase the reservation to 14 people for which they agreed and said it would not be an issue. On Saturday, at 12PM (two hours before the... More

Our party of 6 went to La Mezzaluna for a family dinner on a cold weekend. We had made reservations but had to wait for a bit to get a table. The staff plied us with a nice wine to ease the pain and offered to chill our BYOB white wine in their fridge. After we got our table we... More

Please keep in mind this is the first establishment ever to receive a negative review from me - I always look for the positive. Despicable! Plain and simple! I was being taken out for my birthday. We showed up on time, actually early. There were 4 of us, we had reservations. A walking party of "regulars" came about 10 minutes... More

I has not heard of La Mezzaluna , so when I was Invited to for a recent business dinner, I was intrigued. I was hoping to find a “regular” spot close to home that I could rely on when friends came to town and I needed a dinner venue in a pinch. The restaurant is located on Witherspoon and is... More

We went to this Resaurant last week with my Aussie friends who relocated in Princeton last year. We all agreed this restaurant underrated. Very delicious and great service...
