A tiny little place where there is hardly any room to stand in line, but the ice cream is heavenly and original (and not cheap, but you get what you pay for). If you want cheap (and bad) go to Rita's. Especially interesting are the herb flavors with lavender or thyme. Exotic and delicious. Nassau Square is a beautiful area... More

Ah...beautiful Palmer Square where the rents gotta be high....enjoy the perfect indulgence of a scoop of incredible ice cream! Love that even with one generous scoop they allow you to split it into 2 amazing flavors! Outstanding choices. A great place to try the exotic and pie tasting ice creams! Very friendly servers! Cute tables in the park to eat... More

They use seasonal local produce to produce their unique flavors. If you get the chance to stop in for an after dinner treat, don't waste time on a boring desert at a local restaurant. This will be so much better for an end to a meal!!

Bent Spoon consistently provides a superlative ice cream experience. The flavors are unique and compelling and made with fresh, local ingredients; the quality control is superb (they refuse to grow if it means compromising quality); and the mix of ice cream and sorbet options is always pleasing. Like all dining options it's a matter of taste, but I prefer the... More

Real local and organic ingredients and a unique variety of flavors changed on a daily basis make this new Princeton landmark a must-stop when visiting. It's true that there are other local ice cream shops in Princeton but none can compete with the natural goodness and quality that The Bent Spoon offers. They are more artisans than counter scoop jockeys.... More

Gaby and her husband turn out homemade ice creams and sorbets that are all natural (really!), yummy, and once in a while, a bit too trendy for my taste – to wit, things like lavender ice cream or basil ice cream. Some of them tasted like medicine.. But don’t miss this place while in Princeton – most of their flavors... More

We have been to the Bent Spoon many times, and can't get enough! The flavors are unique, interesting, and delicious. I had to write a review after our last visit there, after having Beet Streak ice cream. It was amazing! Beet ice cream with chocolate pieces. Loved it! Some of other favorites are coconut, hazelnut, chocolate-rosemary, and cookies and cream.... More

Great ice cream, definitely consistent with quality over the years, its a must do every time I make a trip out to Princeton. The only down side is the place is tiny and lines can get quite long and extremely limited seating indoors. But the selection is huge and there's definitely something for everyone. Last visit had the Lavender and... More

I really enjoyed the gelato and thought it was worth the wait. I believe it lives up to it's hype. I have tried gelato all over the country and The Bent Spoon is definitely in the top three.

Bent Spoon ice cream is a good product, but does not live up to its iconic status. Avoid the long lines, tiny helpings, and dingy interior and consider Thomas Sweets or Halo Pub.
