Unique delicious flavors

I've been a Bent Spoon fan for at least 3 years. You'll find unique and unlikely flavors such as blueberry mascarpone, lemon rosemary, passion fruit, and my all-time fave, lavender mascarpone. I also love that they get their ingredients from local NJ farms. It can't get any more fresher than... read more

The best ice cream and cupcakes in the area. Many of the best restaurants here serve only their ice cream. Almost everything locally sourced and very creative. Always a line outside the door, but worth the wait!

I've eaten the Ice Cream at the Bent Spoon upwards of fifty times, and literally every flavour I've ever eaten has been exceptional. They lift usually mundane flavours (such as Chocolate Ice Cream, Raspberry Sorbet, Bananas and Cream, etc.) to heights I have never before seen, or take them in interesting and delicious directions (Chocolate Earl Grey, Chocolate Cardamon and... A tiny little ice cream/bakery shop right on Palmer Square. There are very interesting flavors (chocolate Rosemary; ricotta basil.) The cups and spoons are small, but they pack 2 scoops in that little cup! And the organic cupcakes are the absolute best. They only make vanilla and chocolate, not all the fancy flavors so popular these days, but boy are... More

My boyfriend and I were in Princeton for dinner and happened upon this place during an after dinner stroll. We were not adventurous in our choices (dark chocolate and mocha) but could have been with the array of flavors offered. High quality ice cream and a beautiful setting surrounding the establishment to enjoy your treat. Be forewarned - the place... More

The family and I recently took a wknd get away to the area. We found this place. First, of all the parking can be a problem (this place is basically on the Princeton campus). But it's a nice atmosphere. Secondly, the line outside the place will make you wonder is this place Werth the wait. But the line moves pretty... More

Exquisite ice cream with unusual flavors. Expensive, but certainly the taste is amazing- basil ricotta, thyme lavender...need I say more? If you are looking for Baskin- Robbins, this is not it. However, no one in the besotted town of Princeton knows how to queue properly. Nor do the self-involved understand that there are people waiting out the door while you... More

I just wanted to write a quick review to say that although everyone in town seems to think that the Bent Spoon has amazing ice cream, I actually much prefer their sorbets. I find the ice cream a bit too heavy and creamy for me but the mango, raspberry and lemon and lime sorbets are so yummy and refreshing that... More

The Bent Spoon is a spiritual experience. The ricotta and basil are transcendent, especially together. It may seem expensive at first glance, but a "small" is two very generous scoops. Beware of drippage from tiny cones!
