Delicious!

I had the strawberry-rhubarb and chocolate. Delicious! Definitely some of the best gelato I've had. It was a beautiful sunny day so my friend and I took our treats out to the square and sat in the sun. Wonderful!

From the intensity of the flavors to the innovations in taste, you're in for a heavenly experience. Both the ice creams and sorbets are sourced from local farms.

Really good dense ice cream and sorbets, often with local or organic ingredients. Many interesting flavors without fetishizing weirdness. Some of the best ice cream I've ever had; I've been a regular since they opened. Not cheap or large portion size---with kids you might be happier at nearby Halo Pub or (farther away) Thomas Sweets. Not muchf sit down space... More

I had the chocolate + mango + rhubarb concoction...amazing stuff! Sometimes there is a long line, but well worth the wait.

So you are walking down the street in Princeton, NJ and you see this long line outside of a store. What is going on? Ice cream is going on. Delicious, ice cream. Not much more that I need to say. Honestly just a fun place with real, honest to goodness fresh homemade ice cream. Oh, and yummy cookies and pastries... More

A Princeton establishment. Friendly service, great variety of flavors, everything tastes fresh and satisfying. Loved the Turkish coffee ice cream. Also the fruity flavors. Small is a perfect amount.....and you get two flavors.

I've had more creative flavors elsewhere, but the ice-cream here was really tasty. There are about 15 flavors in which the Bent Spoon prides themselves in using locally sourced ingredients. In a medium cup you can have 3 different flavors which is fun. My only comment about that would be to use bowls instead of cups. By serving 3 flavors... More

If you love to try new flavors, this is the place for you. The first time I visited, I had Raspberry and blood orange sorbet which was delicious. The second time I had Lemon Mascarpone Sorbet which I didn't really like. It did not have the lemony tangy punch of lemon that I was expecting. However most of the flavors... More
