Let me start by saying this: I have been a patron of Triumph of Princeton for numerous years. I've always expected the beer to be ok as well as their food. There isn't another brew pub around to keep them on their toes. To continue with tradition we decided to dine at Triumph prior to a Princeton hockey game. This... More

Bars and taverns are a rare commodity in Princeton. If you had one place to go this is it. It's a bit pricey, but then the upscale decor, the contemporary food menu and yes the beer! Makes this place a must see.

We stopped by for lunch and got the beer sampler and some hamburgers. Some of the beers weren't great, but they were all interesting.

This pub is the perfect meeting place if you're looking to hook up with friends or just catch some respite from the heat of the day. The wait staff are friendly and knowledgable and even the patrons are pleasant. When I frequented the brewery as a woman on my own I never felt uncomfortable. The place really fills up later... We've lived in Princeton for over 15 years and Triumph remains one of our favorite 'regular' restaurants. We go for date night, out with friends and even with the kids - business meetings too!. While the beers change seasonally, the menu does as well. The food is unfailingly great and always with a creative twist - enjoy!

A great stop for some home brewed beer and some nice food. Apparently this had been a bowling alley at one time but now it is a gorgeous eatery with some terrific private rooms as well. Salmon sandwich and Ceasars salad were our choices and it didn't disappoint.

Met an old colleague I haven’t seen in 15 years for lunch in Princeton. He suggested the Triumph. I haven’t been since before I moved to the area around the same time. The place still doesn’t disappoint. Well situated, fronting Nassau Street, the only difficulty can be finding a place to park. Knowing the area, I simply opted for one... More

Went here last week because their Jewish Rys beer was on tap. This is only available during the winter, so I wanted to make sure I got some this year. Just as I remembered, it was delicious, and paired with some fresh-baked pretzel appetizers and a great burger, it made for a great supper, as always. I love this place!
