Good place to enjoy a beer with friends

Nice big space with good beer selection. Not too upscale and definitely not a dive. Food was average but I go for the drinks and would definitely visit again.

We enjoyed a flight of their beer selections, which was a great sampling of seven beers. I prefer the IPA, but the others were very tasty and characteristic of the type. The casks were visible through the glass wall and their system seemed modern and efficient. If the beer is any indication, it is a great system! The food is... More

A below the average menu, a reduced space area plus a noisy enviroment makes you put all your expectations in the beers, an own brewed limited selection high quality beers improve your opinion of the place, but hope you like them because they don't sell other brands.

A colleague and I visited Triumph Brewing the evening of May 13, 2015. I've been here many times while traveling to this area, the first time for my co-worker. We both enjoy micro brew beers and the menu is ever changing for those so inclined so there is always something new to try. We started with the signature pretzels and... More

I'm never a beer drinker (default wine or cocktails) and rarely touch the stuff finding it bitter and sour. But a recent business outing to Triumph had me falling in love with some terrific flavors. Friendly and informative tour made for a great evening and new found appreciation for brew.

Just a tad past the lunch hour, we stopped off at this little, quaint brewery to have some food and a beer. It was my first time in Princeton (Great small town, wonderfl atmosphere). The atmosphere was great. We sat on the second floor over looking the brew vats and the doings of the first floor. I ordered a brew... More

We were wandering around in Princeton recently on a business trip and found this little gem. You go in and instantly get a nice feeling as you walk down a long "tunnel" to get into the main bar/ restaurant area. Staff were friendly, welcoming and professional. We just had a few beers at the bar. Superb choice and the IPA... More

Stopped in for an afternoon bite. Seated quickly, provided order to server. Meals brought ok. Didn't hear from her again until we asked for the check. Mind you she passed by our booth many times with not so much as a glance in our direction. Did we all of a sudden become invisible? And The "pastrami" sandwich was filled with... More

The character of the old space that Triumph occupies and the interior design highlighting the brewing done on site contributes greatly to the overall experience. The tiny entry door opens to a long narrow hall that opens to a good sized dining area/bar. We stopped in for a late lunch after 3. There were other diners and groups of students... More
