There's big difference between lunch (or brunch) and dinner at A & B. The latter is generally mediocre. I made the mistake of going back last night with my family and eating dinner in the bar. Midway through our server changed without explanation, but the worst part was that in a British themed pub the Fish & Chips was execrable.... more

The A&B has never disappointed. The bar has a great atmosphere. Shepherd's pie is a must...fabulous onion soup. more

I have eaten in the bar area two times, but will probably never return. The bartenders tend to be busy chatting with the other staff or their friends hanging around in front of the bar, and generally ignore you. One of the bartenders is, to be frank, quite an [--]. Was having a few drinks at the A&B. Feel that it was totally unjustired to have the local police come and throw os out. No satisfactory explanation was given and went to another venue in Princeton without problems. I would not return ever to this palce!! more

A Princeton tradition. Have been there many times over the years but went recently one Sunday for brunch. An excellent selection of well-prepared choices. Quite possibly the best French Onion soup in the state of NJ. You can't go wrong at the A&B! more
