service was good, and so was the food. Not the normal American food, rather they serve Mediterranean food. Tasted delicious and different from normal American food like burgers, steaks etc.

Was there on a Friday evening with friends. Table was ready at reservation time. Typical fast paced bar (small). OK cocktails and drinks. Were seated near wall holding wine bottles. A waiter came by three times and reached over me to pull bottles from the wine rack. My wife found it annoying and inconsiderate. Our waiter wasn't on his game........ More

The main dishes are precomposed so that it feels like an upscale wedding caterer selection of either chicken , fish or meat. The chicken itself was high quality and locally sourced but the vegetables were gloppy and indiscernible. Meh. I feel it gets high ratings because overall there are no really outstanding restaurants in Princeton. Overpriced, just ok food.

Dined outside at Mediterra on a Friday night. The terrace was great, but we were seated next to a table who insisted on yelling across our table to their children playing in the courtyard. Not quite the atmosphere you expect at the price point. Service started out well, but became increasingly lax as dinner progressed, non-existent by the end of... More

Lovely dining room and excellent, attentive and relaxed service. Located in an easily accessible location in Princeton on a quiet street across from public parking (they validate). They use many locally sourced products. We had hands down the most succulent pork chop ever!

Great place to sit outside, day or night. Went for father's day and sat inside. Love the wine bar/wine cellar feel. Entrees are a bit pricey but worth it. Jalapeno bloody mary was excellent. Sunday there was no tapas so we were bummed, but had great soup, salad and appetizers. Good tap beer selection and the service was outstanding. Love... More

Reliable, good, Greek/Southern European fare with a few nice dashes of flair thrown in the menu everyday just for some punch. There is much to like here.

A group of us (rowing parents) met while attending the IRAs in Princeton. We had a wonderful time and the restaurant was very accommodating to our group. It was a packed weekend in Princeton because of graduation, reunions and IRAs and most restaurants were packed full and not accepting reservations. Mediterra made a special effort to find room for parents... More

We stopped by Mediterra for dinner. They had promoted tapas at girls night out. Unfortunately the bar area was packed and we were told that they were only serving them there. Oh well. We were hungry and wanted a drink so, it being a nice evening, opted to sit outside. Was a great decision. Started with a pitcher of sangria... More

Four of us ate here a couple weeks ago for the first time. My wife and I enjoyed the outside dining and the food was very good, and we thought reasonably priced. The other couple enjoyed their food, and they can sometimes be hard to please.
