High quality medittranean-style food

We have been to Mediterra at least 30 times and have always been happy with the food. They use high-quality ingredients: local vegetables, healthy meats, and they are allergy-friendly. The pasta is particlularly good, and they have a nice set of reasonably-priced wines. The only caution is that... read more

The food is always excellent and keep changing. The location is delightful especially when the weather is nice and outdoor dining is possible. We keep going back.

We live in Princeton and this restaurant is a sure thing. We love it for Sunday brunch, weekday ladies' lunch or a special dinner. The staff is usually very good, the food is always great. It's right downtown, walkable to anything, and the atmosphere is apropriate for any adult occasion. They also have a wonderful bar. It is on the... More

Love this restaurant. One of my favorite places to go in Princeton. Staff, atmosphere and food are amazing. Never had a bad dish at this place.

Four of us ate there. We shared two starters and each couple had the vegetarian paella (which was mildly spiced), one bottle of wine (at $38, it was the second cheapest bottle on the menu - and it was delicious), one dessert, one coffee, one tea. The meal cost $200 for the four of us, with a tip. All in... More

We visited this restaurant quite often and went for dinner again last Sunday. The squid ink tagliatelle was excellent. It was quite spicy but great combination of the explicitly tasting tagliatelle, the sweet red pepper and seafood. Try it if you like spicy seafood dish. We had a great dinner again here but there was a little disappointment. The fountain... More

Stopped in here around happy hour during a recent business trip to Princeton. I have eaten lunch here before and it was quite tasty. I sat at the bar and was excited to see that from 4:30 - 6:30 they have $2 Tapas specials. Normally these run $5-7 so the discount is terrific. I figured that the discount would mean... More

Not only was the meal wonderful, as expected, the service was impeccable! Every part of the dinner from the appetizer to the dessert was terrific and the wine pairings were perfect!

Have eaten at least 10 times at Mediterra, usually with a group organized by the university which often uses this restaurant when university catering is fully booked. The food is quite good -- Italian is the specialty but one can also get a decent salad, and their NY sirloin is one of the best I have had anywhere. Good wine... More

I cannot say great things about this restaurant, also no real negative things. It's not a bad restaurant, the food is good but not great, the portions are not that big and the price is rather high. I prefer to go to some place else but that's my personal opinion offcourse.
