Great Prices, Great ice cream, quick service, easy location. What more can you ask for. a wide assortment of ice cream - both soft and hard. They serve coffee if you need one. There is limited seating inside and some benches outside.

Ice cream that I would drive miles to get. Try any flavor and you will agree. Over sized scoops with crisp cones make this a great place to get ice cream. I just wish they would spruce up the old building and try to clean up the inside a touch.

The Halo Pub is a Princeton classic. The building is old, with some features of an old ice cream parlour, especially on the 'bakery' side (all ice cream, of course). There's something special about sitting in a booth with a granite table. Alas, I'm allergic to eggs and their ice cream is almost always made with egg. I stick to... More

This gem has been serving ice cream and coffee for years at great prices and generous portions. We try to stop each time that we are in town.

A nice little place that is a great ice cream parlor and coffee place. The line can be far out the door during peak times and well into early evening. The place is open kinda late to allow for the lines to calm down and everyone to get a scoop. The price is nice and the selection is vast and... More

In a world of unusual flavors, they could do better. When it gets busy, which it is most of the time, it gets filthy, and the young staff gets a bit snarky. The tables and counters a coated with the light sticky grime of many big and little ice cream hands. Management seems absent, especially in the evening.

I really believe in the owner's mission of providing an inexpensive venue for families without the means for Bent Spoon. The owner actually farms and processes his own semi-organic dairy; the quality is wonderful for what it is: mid-range ice cream and excellent espresso for very little money. If Princeton offered a Nobel Prize for local restauranteurs, Halo Pub's owner... More

We stopped in Halo Pub for some ice cream and were treated to some of the best ice cream I've ever had (and my grandparents made ice cream every summertime) My kids chose the creme de menthe chocolate chip and the vanilla heath bar. They loved it. I chose the lemon cream sorbet. Amazing! Packed with lemon flavor, not too... More

I am not a huge ice cream fan, but this place is great. Fairly generous portions and very delicious. Although there was a huge line it moved fast.

Good old fashioned ice cream with a wide range of flavors. My current favorite is chocolate cherry - chocolate base with large cherry pieces. When the weather is cooler, I also really like their hot chocolate made by melting chocolate pieces and adding it to steamed milk. Prices for both their ice cream and hot chocolate are much lower than... More
