I love this place! They do not take advantage of the customer because they are located in downtown Princeton. Other eateries charge a fortune for the smallest things. Their prices are reasonable for their ice cream and even coffee! I lost 125 pounds (author of Goodbye Fatness, Hello Gorgeous!) and try to find places that will serve kids cup sizes... More

They serve delicious ice cream at prices that make you think you're not in Princeton! Try the rum raisin!

Halo is the place to go if you like dairy ice-cream and chocolate. They have their own farm and the quality of the ice-creams is outstanding.

I have searched the everywhere for an ice cream parlor that is like Halo Pub--and nothing anywhere comes close. Its Harry Potter charm coupled with the unbeatable flavors and quality make it my favorite culinary experience ever. Add to that the prices and it is out of this world. I hope the Princeton crowd knows what it has: a hidden... More

This is the best-kept secret in town for good, inexpensive lattes and cappuccinos. They're about half the price of the more pretentious and less yummy coffeehouses in town. Oh, and then there's ice cream. Good and reasonably priced, if less rich than, say, Haagen Daaz.

The ice cream is delicious! I particularly love the mint cookies and cream, cherry vanilla, strawberry Heath bar, the list goes on and on. I also love getting a hot chocolate float which is hot chocolate with a scoop of ice cream. Getting it with mint or regular cookies and cream is the best!!! They now accept credit cards on... More

There was quite a long line when we arrived but we decided to wait it out and were rewarded with some excellent ice cream. So many good looking flavors that its tough to make a choice - unless you want to bust a gut and go for 3 scoops. I can personally vouch for the chocolate peanut butter which won... More

Sounds great ? Oh no. Far above that. Superb. And we tasted 7 different choices of ice creams and couldn't have enough of it. Visitors must go to eat the treats there. You'll be lucky if your wait is only 15 minutes. Enjoy !!

Due to having their own dairy nearby the prices are wonderfully low, whether for ice cream or a latte. The ice cream tends to the typical flavors, but is well done and creamy.

We had lived for a few years in NJ until a neighbor told us about Halo Pub, and we haven't had ice-cream anywhere since. It is by far the most delicious treat you can wish for, with natural flavors, low-fat options and, in their Hamilton location, the most charming barn atmosphere, while in Princeton it has a French patisserie feel...
