No fishy smell here

Neither rain nor snow nor sleet could stop our trek to Princeton to celebrate my wife's birthday. The locals also made the trek to the point where the restaurant was 3/4 full despite the nasty weather. Since this is a fish restaurant, I expected to smell fish...there was not such smell. My husband and I have eaten here a few times, but usually we go when the weather is nicer and we can sit outside. The have quite a few tables outside, and we love eating there. They do have heat lamps, and keep them out until the weather gets too cold. Last night, we ate here again and had another... More

BluePoint offers a great selection of fresh fish, with a variety of preparation options, and always offers a great meal. BYO only, so the total cost of a dinner is very reasonable. Often crowded, a reservation is suggested, though there may be some days they still don't offer reservations for. Staff is very friendly

I have been repeatedly disappointed by the food. Last time I was there, I ordered the burger thinking it was a safe choice. Nope. My husband did not care for his sandwich. This is a fairly pricy choice for lunch in Princeton and there are other restaurants that do a far better job.

I reserved a table in this restaurant about a month before the dinner as they get very busy especially at the weekend! I reserved our table via Open Table and our reservation was for 7:00pm and when we arrived the place was packed! A good packed though, the atmosphere was very energetic. We ordered Mussells and Shrimp appetisers followed by... More

Comfortable, well-priced, extremely reliable seafood restaurant in Princeton. BYO is a nice feature. All seafood is treated with respect and attention to bringing out rather than swamping the natural flavors. Sides are nicely done, and enough variety that even a picky eater can find a good choice amongst them. We are local residents, and this is our go-to place.

dined with coworkers and ordered a lot of seafood / fish based dishes. dinner was really good and sitting outside in nice summer weather was awesome. one downside is that its BYOB place but a good point is that liquor store is half block from this restaurant.

If you want fresh fish in Princeton, Blue Point is your choice. It's right next door to a fish market which I believe is under the same ownership and it shows in what the Grill serves. Cuisine otherwise is great filling stuff like baked potatoes, veg., etc. If you want wine, it's BYOB, but no desperation - there are several... More

Nice restaurant with good fresh fish in a good atmosphere with pleasant staff. One gripe is that we had to bring our own bottle of wine. Otherwise an excellent choice in the centre of Princeton

I enjoyed a delicious dinner here. The restaurant is romantic and the servers and very personable. We enjoyed pasta/seafood dishes for entrees. We had calamari appetizer. I was not aware that this was a BYOB and was very disappointed when we realized this. When you are in the mood for a good glass of vino and then realize you can... More
