Over all, great food. They accommodate your dietary needs quite beautifully. There was one mistake that was corrected in minutes. At times the wine descriptions seemed script based, but in the end, a great meal was had that was served by a rather amazing service staff.

I was at elemts twice -- with a friend, for a special occasion. Once a group of young women who were obviously drunk -- and who kept drinking at a pretty steady pace -- ruined the dinner for everyone in this rather small space. We asked the manager to try and keep them under control but they were obviously more... More

When we first went, we loved Elements and had the tasting menu with wine pairing. Second visit, some months apart, we had the tasting menu with wine pairing again and I was a bit disappointed that most of the dishes were the same. Next visit, we brought friends and we all tried the tasting menu and wine pairing. Also tried... More

Coming from Brazil to visit Princeton for the first time with my husband and son, a prospective student, I couldn't be more surprised by what we found at Elements. We had a great meal in an elegant and yet cozy environment, with friendly and polite staff. Even if he prices may be considered expensive, they correspond to the quality of... More

Had dinner there with my wife for Valentine's Day. I expected that the expanded bar area would be an improvement, but all it really did was add commotion and noise to an already crowded entry area. I realized that Valentine's Day would be crowded, and I was ready for a wait. We did not get seated for almost an hour,... More

Had a special dinner here with family. Tried the 6 course sampling menu, fixed price..$89..did not get the wine that was offered for an addition $55. However did get a reasonably priced Malbec for $46/bottle...not the $16/ glass. The food was absolutely fabulous..the presentation, the flavors..everything was tops. Nicely paced...very helpful servers. Just a one of a kind place to... More

My husband and I were looking for a uniquely good restaurant to commemorate my birthday. Not since we dined at Brennan's in Houston, did we find a restaurant that could match and ultimately surpass that cuisine, atmosphere and service. Not only was one part of the experience wonderful, but, you'll pardon the pun, each element of the dinner made it... More

This was my third or fourth visit to Elements. The food is consistently good and creative. I started with a Foie Gras Torchon that was truly excellent. The small drops of lemon cream/puree were simply amazing and did wonders to enhance the Foie Gras. I had a very dry Sherry to go with it which really complemented the Foie Gras... More
