Stupidly expensive. Poorly-conceived food combinations. Sauces, crusts, spices -- all feel very unhealthy. Arrogant staff.

A couple of friends of mine brought me here for my birthday.Three of us had dinner at the chefs table, 12 courses with a wine tasting and a course with fresh shaved truffles. Everything was amazing! There was one course I didn't care for but it is just of personal preference. Loved the presentations and the unique flavor combinations. Especially... More

So, I'll start by saying that we visited there on their last night before moving to a new location, It was a joint birthday for me and a friend and we went with our substantial others, the restaurant was informed of the occasion. We went for the tasting menu. The food was O.K., nothing to write home about, flavor wise,... More

Went for my birthday and sat at the chefs table. Every course was fantastic and well executed. A bit pricey so it is more of a special evening out. They definitely made my evening special. Would Recommend to everyone.

Friendly attentive staff. Unusual presentation of fresh food. Pleasing to the palate but small servings of entree selections. Bar menu looked more inviting but limited seating. Complimentary pound cake at exit was a nice touch and tasty treat the next day.

Did you go to whole foods and buy my food at the salad bar and bring it back to your place and make it look pretty on my plate? Lavender in my glass and Rosemary on my salad doesn't impress me. The cookie on the way out was the best part.

I was impressed with the design and decor of the restaurant immediately. As we were there for a special occasion, the graduation of our daughter, we were expecting something unusual on the prix-fixe menu which had 4 courses. I was not disappointed in some of the courses, but would have preferred more main courses to choose from and fewer courses... More

Discovered this Princeton gem recently with friends who invited me to dinner. A slice of NYC in small NJ college town. Grade A service and cuisine.

From soup to nuts Elements always produces the amazing meals. The servers were outstanding and knew everything on the menu. The food was just outstanding. The put an intelligent twist on some classics. I highly recommend this restaurant if you want to spend $150 for a dinner for two.

Too snobby for its own good. Not that great for outrageous prices. I enjoy a fancy meal and am willing to pay for it but this place doesn't have it. Staff is snobby and food is snobby but not good enough to be so.
