Steak was Very Good

Went with another couple, The Bread Pudding was Excellent ! Perfect taste and texture. The filet was perfect with a blue cheese and garlic crusted topping. We had two very nice bottles of red wine and great conversation. The waiter Jim K was very pleasant and professional. I think the bread pudding... read more

Food was excellent and properly prepared. Setting was delightful. Server was well below par. He was curt, lacking finesse and inattentive. He was inept at taking our order. When he then brought out the wrong food, he blamed one of our party. We graciously took the wrong order, but he then sent hot grease on my partner's arm as he... More

Revisited Ruth's Chris for a friend's birthday. Management overheard us (6 of us) talking and sprinkled birthday glitter on the table. We had the prix fixe dinners: two had salmon, the rest ordered steaks. Each came with any salad, vegetable and a dessert. I substituted their fabulous sweet potato casserole for an additional $2. This easily could have fed 2-3... More

My wife and I went Friday night, and were unimpressed. Have visited many great steakhouses(Peter Luger, Keens, Berns) etc.. Capital Grill seems to be the most consistant of the high end chain steakhouses. Service was godd, not great at Ruths Chris, limited bread offering on the table, and small portion of butter for the four of us...Requested steak without the... More

We were warmly greeted & made to feel welcome. But, then, things went downhill fast. SERVICE was faulty. We waited a l-o-n-g time for our server to take our drink order. And, MANY times, throughout our meal, we had to ask the busboy to get our waiter for us. For instance, when our salads arrived w/o dressing. And, when our... More

My husband and I visited as we were away celebrating our anniversary. There was nothing impressive about this place at at. The food was absolutely overpriced for what it is. The mashed potatoes are powdered and everything is just soaked in garlic butter. The service was ok but nothing special. Take the drive north to Steakhouse 85 in New Brunswick!... More

My wife & I have been there about five times for diner to-date. Every dinner has been outstanding. The service has been outstanding as well the side dishes and main courses . There is ample self service parking or valet if you wish.

Ruth Chris in Princeton is arguably the best Ruth Chris you will find anyplace. I have had dined at lots of Ruth Chris but find the Princeton as the best. If you are in Princeton area and craving for a steak than you should go directly to Ruth Chris!

Great place, food and service. The staff knew we had an anniversary and made everything possible to make sure we had a good time. Thank you very much!

I recently attended a birthday celebration at Ruth Chris. Its always been a favorite of mine but this was my 1st visit to the Princeton location. Thumbs up and 5 stars to the staff, atmosphere and of course the food was awesome. They never disappoint. I will visit that location again.
