This review is for the wharfside restaurant not the Wharfside patio bar. I really don't like giving any place a negative review. Honestly can't remember if I ever did. This place deserves it. Food was small portions and over cooked. However the main reason this place deserves less than 1 star is bc a member of our party has a... More

Brought visiting family here based on a friends recommendation and it was a mistake. Food was average but a poor value compared to many other places in the area. Staff is friendly and good but the food is average at best.

LOVE this place - tasty food, yummy drinks, great location, amazing view, and just a fantastic atmosphere. In my opinion, The Wharfside Patio Bar has all the characteristics of a perfect place to grab drinks or a bite to eat!

It is a very nice restaurant, and the food is always great. In the warmer weather, sometimes there is a waiting time for a table. I eat here every time I stay in Point Pleasant Beach.

This was our first dinner in Point Pleasant once we arrived for a week's vacation. We picked this place from several menus at the house we rented. What a mistake! Service was ok...to start with. Fried corn fritters with a light sugar powder - yum! Several of us ordered the stuffed shrimp and scallops, another ordered the flounder stuffed with... More

I was in the Point Pleasant Beach area and decided to give this a try having not been here for almost 2 years. Wow after this experience I probably won't be coming back here. When I walked in I spoke to the host who was pretty nasty to say the least and told us that we would have to wait.... More

Great place locals & tourist go. My boyfriend & I like to go on a Sunday late afternoon for a few drinks, appetizers and some good music they always have a band and a nice view of the inlet. They have a good menu assortment of apps, seafood and raw bar and lunch/dinner items. It's a fun and relaxing time.

We sat outside. The antipasto salad to start the meal is very good. The corn fritters are good too. The food is average, but it's a good place to get a bite with the family.

Went here after a day at the beach...on the water seemed like a good choice. The food was mediocre at best, tasted like previously frozen. For the price you pay you would hope the food would be cooked correctly...not the case. They didnt even bake my potato all the way through. I could go on but I wouldn't have enough... More

Oysters on 1/2 shell tasteless, salmon with sauce tasted like sauce was poured on from a bottle- too sweet- manhattan clam chowder tasted like stewed tomatoes with rubber band pieces - fried flounder was too thin and batter too heavy-like fried bread crumbs not fish- fries soggy- server did her best and took salmon back and brought broiled seafood which...
