Very expensive for selective menu/a la carte. For what you spend they should throw in a starch for you for crying out loud! A choice of an ear of corn, potato, or a side of cole slaw should be free! A tiny solo-cup of cole slaw was $2.00. Really??!!!!! The only positive thing about our dinner there was BYOB. Not... More

Red's is a great place if you want really fresh seafood in an unpretentious place. You sit outside over the water next to commercial fishing boats. It is unusual in that you have to order your food from the counter and then pick it up, but it is wonderful to sit outside . ( They also have a small inside... More

We wanted to get some "outside ambiance"...Didn't realize that the outdoor menu was really small compared to inside. The Manhattan Clam Chowder was pretty good, but the steamers were too large and tough. Daughter's shrimp and salad was delicious as were son-in-law's fried clam strips. Good place for lunch, but would definitely go inside for dinner next time

We ate indoors. It is BYO, wait staff and hostess were very attentive and all the tables were filled by 6:00 on Monday night. Hubby,s broiled seafood platter was "ok" but I thought his flounder was perfect. Manhattan clam chowder had lots of clams. My Lobster Mac & Cheese while initially lookin' a bit shy of lobsta....ended up being PERFECT... More

Two dining areas to choose from, outdoor area overlooking the bay(very laid back and family friendly), and indoor (less casual and a bit crowded). Different menus for each. I dine here every time I visit the area. I am always impressed by the extensive selection of seafood and more recently, what appears to be some new and innovative items on... More

My grandson wanted to go on the rides at Jenkinson's Pier so we decided to get something to eat before we went to the pier. There are several restaurants in the immediate area so we just happened to park our car closest to Red's. It was a Saturday night and there were a lot of people driving in the area... More

So far we have dined outside for lunch and dinner and have had the lobster roll, grilled mahi- mahii, pot of steamers, clam strips, tuna bites, coconut shrimp taco and the shrimp burrito, all which were terrific.

Taken here by work colleagues who love this place but I found it very average. I love seafood but was disappointed with the choice of non-deep fried foods. The crab cakes were very meaty and tasty though. Very basic restaurant.

Overpriced, and everything is fried. Outdoor seating is dirty and loud. You have to really want to sit outside by the boats to enjoy this place.
