Always have fresh fish! If your a local this is the place to go. They also have a restaurant on premises.

Came here solo last minute to have a meal alone. I am a local and wanted something close and someplace where I haven't been to in a long time. Sat at the bar and ordered their lobster bisque in a mug and their broiled stuffed flounder. The bisque was very thick, globby, very creamy and did not taste a lot... More

We stopped for an early dinner on Sunday afternoon and had a great meal. I love the casual style, with picnic tables. They have a regular menu, then specials on a board, and a list of fresh fish they'll make just about anyway you like -- except fried, Spikes doesn't do fried fish. The cole slaw was yummy. We had... I expected a long wait as I have been here before, albeit years ago. The establishment is small and the crowds are large, even at this time of year. What I did not expect was lousy service. While the host was very pleasant, overhearing his conversations he made it clear that he preferred locals. Ok, fine, whatever. As for our... More

Some of the freshest seafood around. We had a very large group and restaurant is very small, but we thought they did a good job of serving so many of us. Food was very good but thought prices were a little high. There are also a few non-seafood items on the menu.

can't get much fresher. great service and fabulous food. not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. open year round which tells you a lot. Love the lobster rolls even tho they appear to use claw meat only. Some chunks of tail would be a nice addition, but we love our visit and will absolutely return!

I got a crab cake dinner and expected it to be better - even the baked potato was just average. The crab cake had more filling then crab.

I went to Spikes for lunch after a fishing trip. I ordered the (blackened) Maui burger. It was very good, spicy, but I like spice so that was not a problem. It came with the regular burger toppings plus pineapple. It also came with home fries. A little unusual, I thought, but ok. Overall the food was very good. My... More
