WHAT IS UP WITH THE BUFFALO SAUCE!!!

I went with some co workers to Cheece Brothers in Pleasantville. We ordered Buffalo wings and pizza, Well the Buffalo sauce was disgusting!!!I think they tried to add honey to hot sauce, well it tasted like plastic!!! and the wings were really over cooked. The pizza was not good either!!
