I would always take my family here for special occasions and my wife and I always enjoyed having dinner here on a Saturday night. Sadly though this once great restaurant has going downhill in my opinion. First of all, paint the exterior of the restaurant! Paint chipping and peeling on the outside is not appealing to customers! Flower boxes are... More

Dinner was slow coming out. Took too long just to get a salad. My dinner was not worth the money. Not even worth the price of a McDonalds hamburger. Aparagus was tough, undercooked, and stringy and almost chocked on it. Green peppers were not cooked. The rest had no flavor at all. Very bland. Had digestive problems after eating. Not... More

A beautiful old building with an pleasant overload of atmosphere. Mark the bartender is a good one. The hostess leaves much to be desired. Not impressed with her. Not friendly at all. The food is good but is way over priced. I wish they would realize more people would dine there is prices were reasonable. The price keeps many away.... More

Where to begin? We arrived early for a Thanksgiving meal and met with my girlfriends parents who were sitting at the bar. We asked the bartender if he had any special drinks that they made and his reply was "no, We are not a chain restaurant". BAD ANSWER! I was not part of that exchange or I would have told... More

Always had excellent experiences, frequented this season with friends. Previously was told via phone that reservations are recommended so that "staff would be retained to serve us". Saturday eve @ 6:00 four of us forgot to reserve. Met with cold shoulder from hostess/owner as well as insufficient ingredients for menu items. So we made other choices. Waiter was unkempt, ran... We ordered two New York strips. Their pork and chicken dish. The salad if you love garlic is great. Our first experience was a pleasant one. Very polite staff and the chef is tops.

We like Centerton Inn so much we use it as our 5 star when when rating other restaurants we visit. From the roasted peanuts on each table, their signature salad, brewed ice tea, Quality large portion meals and complimentary dessert tray, They are the best. I would also like to mention their servers, Always polite, prompt, and accommodating. When we... More

I've been eating the deserts there for over 20 years, and they compare to all the scratch bakeries I've been to, and even the casinos in Atlantic city.. A must try.

It's expensive. Expect to pay between $25-$35 for a steak dinner, but it's good steak! One of our party had the bouillabaisse and was very pleased. I had the veal Parmesan and though the dish was very flavorful, the meat was on the tough side. The Centerton salad is heavy on the garlic, so If you're not a garlic fan,... More
