Consistant but uninspired

The food is good which I suppose is one of the more important things. The service (maitre d's, wait staff and chef's) tends to be uninspired and doing their job from memory--they barely even look at you while serving. Same old onion volcano...maybe catch a piece of broccoli...same routine as... read more

They have the best food and the portions are huge, but the price is a little expensive and the service is okay. Like the atmosphere of the food being cooked in front of you, the kids really enjoy the "show".

Kiku is not bad, you get the meat/fish/or chicken, and rice, soup, salad, and vegetable. We went for the habachi style dinner. The problem is you share the tables, which we don't mind, but it seems to be a kids haven! I don't want to sit with or see kids ( k - 12 age groups) we had a kindergarten... More

First, let me say that I have eaten at Kiku since the first one opened in Fort Lee. It has gotten much worse! Food is decent. Service was absolutely the worst I have ever seen. We were a party of 8. Our bill was over $350. First, our server asked us if we were ready. My father was never even... More

A good time can always be had at Kiku whether you are celebrating a special occasion or out for dinner with your family, friends or your better half. The food is always fresh and delicious. The wait staff is friendly and attentive, the Chefs are willing to cook your meal to order - even if you have complicated orders like... More

This is my first time dining at Kiku for hibachi. I've dined in many hibachi restaurants such as Benihana's, etc. over the years and also Mount Fuji in Hillburn NY, so comparing them to Kiku in Paramus. The restaurant is huge, loads of Hibachi tables, but very dimly lit. But the service people are very professional and friendly. We came... More

Whatever you do stay away from KIKU's in the corrado's mall. In all my yrs of eating sushi I've never had fish spines in my roll and I got 3 today! I almost choked! The quality of fish is also questionable- worst sushi experience!!!

Ordered some dinners to go. realizing fried does not travel well(and I do live less than a mile away) opted to order sushi and hibachi. waited ten minutes because there actually was a couple in the restaurant (I called in the order ,too). entrée hibachi steak had... I've been to a bunch of these hibachi places, where the chef usually does tricks, throws food at people, squirts Sake into adults mouths, and generally carries on like a fool. But this place wasn't so much fun.. And the food isn't that good. It's a nice LOOKING place .. But that's about it. Oh did I mention it's expensive
