This place is always busy even in the off season for good reason. We've never had a bad meal here. It doesn't matter whether you're eating breakfast or lunch. Our daughter loves the Red Raider Combo (Baked Jersey Tomato Soup and a Grilled Cheese sandwich).

Stopped in for Lunch on a Saturday. Busy spot, off season, so clearly a favorite with the locals. The food was very good with a diverse menu. Service was quick, friendly, and efficient. What more does one need for lunch?

This is the go to breakfast spot in OC. Any time of year. Locals and families and tourists meet and great. Family feeling. Baked tomato soup is excellent. Did not like the omelets, too thin, too hard. But plenty of other items to choose from. Great service.

It's a local hangout. Everything is delicious. Their New Jersey baked tomato soup is outstanding! It's served in a crock with croutons and melted cheese. Yummy. Summer is a little hectic but you can order take out any time of the year. Love this place.

While visiting Ocean City, we ate breakfast at the Varsity Inn. It wasn't the first time and it definitely won't be the last. The food is good and the prices are reasonable. It is standard breakfast fare, but enough of a variety to satisfy anyone. I know that they also serve lunch, but I have never had lunch there. So,... More

You won't leave hungry, that's for sure. Ocean City memorabilia galore. Very interesting, but back to the food... Try the grilled cheese tomato soup and the chipped beef, not necessarily together (haha) Both are delicious. They also have very good breakfast sandwiches. Happily for locals, this restaurant is open year round. 7 am-2 pm. My new favorite breakfast spot.

One of my favorite places to dine in Ocean City, this restaurant is clean, fun and vibrant, with very good food and consistently excellent service. They serve breakfast late, so its possible to get whatever strikes you. My children had breakfast, and chose from their reasonable kids' menu. I had one of their lunch specials, a hot ciabatta sandwich, and... More

We had breakfast here on our final morning in Ocean City. We managed to get a large table for all of us (7 total) and we were waited on promptly. Our server was excellent and our food was also very good. Excellent coffee, great eggs, and very good french toast and pancakes! It came out pretty quickly considering how busy... More

They have a great Jersey tomato salad when the tomatoes are in. BLTs were excellent. Good dill pickles & staff was very attentive to drink refills & orders.
