Recommended by folks who had been here before and this was a great choice! Monday night is the $10 bottle of wine special ( certain varieties) and the place was busy but no problem securing a table. We ordered the fried calamari and it was the one of the best appetizers I have ever had. The fish was fresh, lightly... More

We found this gem through word of mouth. and are so glad we went here. We were greeted warmly even though we did not have reservations. The second we walked in the door of this upscale restaurant, the most wonderful traditional Italian aroma hit our senses. The bar looked very inviting; the dining room was elegant and cozy, like a... I have been going to the Wildwoods for years, this was my first visit to Piro's. The food was decent. After moving from the east coast and living in kentucky for several years I think my expectations of food back east is that it will be VERY good; this place left me a little disappointed. Because it is in a... More

Piros is an elegant, family restaurant with an extensive menu and wine list. The service is attentive and tolerant of large parties and those who want "special" dishes. Don't miss desert!

We have been going to Piro's on vacation for many years and it is consistently great! The escarole soup and garlic bread are absolutely the best and the pasta dishes are delicious. We have always been treated extremely well and look forward to going every year.

We dined at Piro's early on a Friday evening. The food and service were good, but not exceptional. The ambiance could be improved.

We love the food at this restaurant, we went twice during out short stay in North Wildwood, NJ. I definitely recommend this restaurant for both seafood and Italian dishes.

We were excited walking into Piro's (it smelled delicious), but all we had to do was take a few more steps in and be 'greeted' by the older lady standing at the hostess stand. We asked for a table for five and you would have thought we broke the law the way the older lady reacted. She was rude and... More

My wife and I have been going to Piros for 15 years....at least once preferably twice a year. Shrimp parmesan is the best meal I have ever eaten. Price of glass of wine is a bit high; but I don't drink...that's news for you. Make a reservation (609-729-0401) you will come back .....forever!

We discovered Piro's before we had to go gluten-free. The Sunday Gravy ("sauce" where I come from) was delish. This year, we were GF. The restaurant has great gluten-free pasta. Kids ordered that with garlic and olive oil and it was very tasty. I ordered the clams with the GF spaghetti. The fresh clams were excellent. However, I did not... More
