Sometimes, you go to a place for years, take it for granted, and never think about writing a review. The Bayshore is one of those places. We have been going there for years. Well into the times when the old owners had it. Anyhow, here we go: Yes, the Bayshore is a bar. there is a separate dining room, with... More

Food was good but restaurant did not have enough wait staff. There was a long delay in getting our order in and one of the four entrees ordered was incorrect. Roasted turkey was ordered but fried flounder was delivered. Since we had been there so long there was no desire to send it back and wait for the correct meal.... More

It's a great place to drop in and have a fast bite . Hamburgers and fries real good , ribs good . The place tends to get a bit loud so make sure no bands are playing . Bar is separated by a open wall . Friendly atmosphere .

Been here several times. The food hasn't let me down yet. Best Ruben I've had so far. The food can be considered up scale bar food. Nice and comforting. I recommend lunch or early dinner. Before the "bar crowd" filters in.

We went to a fundraiser here and were amazed at how good the food was. The owners are very nice and attentive. We had so much fun we didn't want to leave. Senator Jeff Van Drew was our celebrity bartender which was very exciting for us. I will definitely be going back as a regular. Wish I had gone sooner!

Nothing special ...Redo the women's bathroom already, it's disgusting! How do you redo the men's and not women's ? Also if you are tying to class up the place then why is the old drunk Paul still bartending ? Really you can't find anyone else?!

Bayshore used to be a dive bar. They people who own it now tried to update the decor and that looks good. Some of the menu was updated and most of it is tasty. The service is slow - they never have enough waitresses. The bar prices are high - I've had cheaper at Appleby's and Chickie & Pete's/ They... More

Food was good. Had delicious crab cakes. They had no problem with my request to substitute the french fries with broccoli. Waitress was a little flaky. Brought out a salad, but no silverware. She was not familiar with the local craft beer that was on tap (which was Cape May Brewing and very good btw). Friendly people there, especially the... More

Everyone from town has been to the bayshore. The bartenders are super nice and even if it's your last stop it's always a great stop. I've lived in many different cities and I love the dive feel that I get when I occasionally stop in.

The food was fresh, hot, and delightful. The server was well informed about the menu, the portion was abundant compared to the price, and the drinks are well priced. If your in cape may you should skip all the fancy expensive restaurants and stop at the Bayshore. Don't judge this gem by it's cover. the inside is better presented than... More
