Food was cooked to perfection.Wonderful wait staff. Very attentive.Wait staff went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction.Exceptionally clean, and a wonderful atmosphere. I highly recommend the Merlot House wine as well as the Talapia which is served in an awesome Lemon sauce!

Wow. And I mean wow I'm in shock at how dated and bland the food is. Stuffed shrimp with no pop, no garlic. The blandest "paella" I have ever tasted. Where are the red pepper flakes, garlic, salt? It was yellow rice and shellfish. Ugh. Even the desserts were so unappealing. A stale Tartuffo and an apple kind of mini... More

I've never had a more boring paella. Served in a ceramic dish; that was the first tipoff. No garlic, what a tragedy. No pepper. Frozen mussels. Really disappointed.

I had dinner recently at Maize with a group of co-workers. This was the 3rd or 4th time I had dinner at the restaurant, but the first time I tried the paella. It was awesome. Rice was perfectly cooked and seasoned and was served with shrimp, clams, mussels, scallops, and lobster. Highly recommend giving the paella a try!

We found the prices a bit steep, but the service was good and the food was excellent. In the end, it was our only choice, as we prefer the smaller bistros & cafe's, but it seems that all area restaurants close at 4 pm. After a 90 minute walk around the area, we could find no other spot to eat!

The Maize Restaurant is located in the Best Western Plus Robert Treat Hotel. It has a fine dining room and a complete menu of very nice selections which are also very affordable. The staff are super friendly and the food is great. Enjoy

Recently had a lovely attached room here for a party of 30 to celebrate our son's engagement on a Saturday night. Ambiance is lovely, staff prepared and attentive. Food was excellent with many in our party willing to spring for pricey (but delicious) desserts after appetizers and entrees. (Individuals were covering their own bill.) Heard no complaints, just raves. Unsure... More

Sat at the bar and had dinner and a beer. I ordered a steak sandwich that was average at best. I was disappointed based on the look of the place. The mixed greens and fries were both good. They also offer a good selection of wine and draft beers. Very nice atmosphere and stellar service. I just wish I had... More

I would describe this restaurant as a 'typical' hotel restaurant, you go early on in your stay, probably for the convenience, and then choose somewhere different for the other nights. The food was good, I will say at the outset, I had an good size bowl of asparagus soup, followed by lamb. The waiters were attentive, but not overly welcoming,... More

Service. Was not allowed to eat an appetizer and a salad in the dining room. Said I had to eat in the bar. By the way....I was the only one in the dining room. Ridiculous. Spending my money elsewhere.
