Exotic Meats

From the outside the place looks like a "hole in the wall" joint. Inside is a rolls royce. The bar scene is the first order of business as you enter down stairs into a dark small space. The lighting comes from the fish tanks behind the bar. The sound is soft and the people move over to let you... read more

Interesting menu - game dishes a specialty. Not many places have "alligator in a blanket", "braised python ravioli" and "wild boar arancini" on the menu. I had the duck and my DD had mac n cheese with lobster. The duck was chewier and fattier than other places I've had it and the mac n' cheese was tasty but only a... More

the bar area was too small for my liking and the drinks were more than I wanted to lay. But they were good and so was the service.

I went to Clydz with a local friend while in NJ on a business trip. Once thing to note is that when you walk in, there's a bar area with tables, but there is also full dinner service at the back of the restaurant. The menu's are different, and they are not allowed to serve the bar menu at the... More

Around the corner down the stairs... Wow a little place tucked away, you could drive by and never know it was there. Enter into the Bar, maybe 12 stools in an old time neighborhood feel. Just walk on through to the Restaurant. This restaurant prepares Game and exotic meats. kangaroo, Quail, Wild Boar, alligator, etc, But the real deal ar... More

The food is excellent if you like exotic food. Rattle snake meatballs and kangaroo are both excellent. I like to try new foods so this was perfect for me. If you are not into trying new foods just stop in and try one of the many martinis they have.

Went there with a large work crowd and it was okay but nothing special. The food was okay for mains, I had the chicken and it was moist and tasty but e appetisers were made to share and were very boring. Dry hummus and corn chips, some okay calamari rings and bland meatballs. Mother arancini were the prize.

Drinks are superb. I love the atmosphere as it is NOT your typical undergrad bar; the crowd is more professional. The place is extremely small so get there early. The food is average, WHEN YOU GET IT. I have tried to order two other times and the food never comes within 2 hrs.

Great place for happy hour. $7 for select cocktails (I had a Manhattan or two...or three). Appetizers are $6. We had the meatballs, deviled eggs, and bore.
