I took my boyfriend here for his birthday. We both loved it. The selection of wild game was great. We started off with a selection of oysters. They had a good selection of east and west cost oysters. Next we shared the elk and rattlesnake chili which was very good but if you cannot tell the difference between the elk... More

We stopped in to Clydz for Happy Hour and lite fare. We asked for a table and we told if we weren't having a full dinner, then we would have to se the one little table by the bar when it is open. We finally got the table and waited about ten minutes for a waitress. We ordered two drinks... More

You would easily walk by Clydz without giving a second thought of walking in. It would be a shame if you did. The food was outstanding. The bar area is a great spot to have one of their excellent martinis or craft brews before or after dinner. Only negative was the service. At times felt as if the servers thought... More

Went there with 5 colleagues for dinner. Very interesting menu offering Alligator, kangaroo, buffalo, wild boar, in addition to a wide range of more typical menu items. I had the buffalo ribey which was very good. This is a lively place, you actually walk through a crowded bar before getting into the restaurant. I would definitely go there again.

We went there with colleagues on Friday evening. Very busy and pleasant place, with skilful and inventive bartenders and great service. Wide variety of delicious cocktails.

I had the special which was king crab legs in a sweet and sour sauce. I was very happy with the food and the service. They have pretty big martini selection too. Prices weren't bad for new brunswick.

Going here for just the martinis and the bar menu is great, but pretty costly if you're trying to get drunk. This is definitely the more classier places in New Brunswick; not somewhere where'd you get a cheap drink. However, It's not often you find a restaurant that serves kangaroo, python and other game meats in New Jersey. I have... More

Clydz is a somewhat eclectic and unique dining experience. They specialize in a large martini selection and what I would describe as unique entrees. There were 3 in our group and we were able to enjoy different items, all tasted good. We had the Duck Flat Bread, Shrimp and Lobster Ceviche and a special the name which I do not... More

Went during restaurant week--very good deal! I had the petit portion of the kangaroo--slightly gamey, but lean, beef-like meat. Hubby had the 28-day steak--very large portion! I also had a special salad--loved it! Service was very good--our waiter Brian was attentive without being intrusive. Special requests were honored correctly. The only negative for us is that you have to enter... More

The location is interesting and reminds you of restaurants in Ireland or England for that matter, which are located in the lower floor of buildings, basement in this case. The decor was precisely emphasizing the aspect in a tasteful way. The service was excellent and the food was really nice and tasty. We had the wild boar over risotto and... More
