Great place for the family, friends, even a date!

My mom has got me into Rafferty's she works near and raves about it. We went there several times over the past month and the food is very tasty, the menu has something for everyone. The atmosphere is welcoming, and I also enjoy the bar as well. They have homemade dips as well, we are always getting... read more

This place has potential, a nice size menu& and fun casual atmosphere. But, it has ALWAYS had very mediocre food at best. If you're looking to enjoy your company much more than your meal, this is the place for you.

We were recommended to go for brunch and so we did. The menu is very limited basic fruit omelet ham dessert, etc.We are family of 4, my youngest child just turn 2 and we were charged full price for him. We had to wait 30 minutes to be seated. Overall, not going back

This is a place to go for a casual meal with friends and family. It has a very big menu, sure to please all palates. Their dessert list is almost a extensive as the food menu.

Took my daughter to the MSU basketball game at Rutgers and ask where a good place to eat that is a local favorite , they recommended Rafferty's. Excellent food and the desert menu is 3 pages long. We will be back wen the Spartan's play Rutgers's in the fall- we will bring the rest of the family.

A party of 8, we had to be moved 2 times. Made a reservation weeks in advance, but seems they sat us in the 2 worst places in the restaurant, but they did make it up by comping desert. food is good.

This used to be our favorite go-to place but of late we have found it to be sloppy. By that I mean that there is no attention paid to staple menu items such as the salad entree with chicken, fresh mozzarella, etc. If you're serving a salad as a main dish, then the greens need to be fresh and crispy.... Had a group of 6 of us from the New Jersey Golf Show have dinner here. Was able to make reservations for our Saturday night dinner and was very glad as it was very crowded. Food was superb! Waitress was able to separate our bills, which was very important for us being on expense reports. I had the fillet with... More

We went there to get a bite before catching a comedy show at Stress Factory a block over. It wasn't full but the staff had trouble seating us by a window because it took them 15 minutes to clean a recently vacant table. After finally being seated we got tired of waiting for menus and got our own. Food was... More

My wife and I are tomato basil soup enthusiasts (fanatics?). We both believe this soup at this restaurant is our # 1! The sea bass was superb and the very large Caesar salad was very fresh although some may think the dressing slightly less tangy than most seeming to have less of an anchovy taste. I happen to like it... More
