Steakhouse 85 is a 21st century rendition of the classic American Steakhouse. The menu at Steakhouse 85 is comprised of fresh and inspiring modern day interpretations of classic American cuisine, served alongside the traditional steakhouse classics we all know and love. The back bone of our menu is without a doubt our beef. Our mouth watering dry aged steaks are rubbed with a simple yet luscious combination of sea salt, black pepper and fresh herbs. They are seared on a 1200 degree cast iron grill and then broiled to your liking. Paired with a large classically designed bar, complete with savvy cocktails and a Wine Spectator award winning wine list, this steakhouse is sure to please.

Very good but overpriced

Very nice presentation of food, nice portions, and comforting atmosphere where the booths are conducive to either romance or business. While the food was very good, I did feel the prices were comparatively high. I suppose it's a good place to take someone you want to impress if they are into the... read more

Our food was impeccable and our service was excellent too! I had the surf and turf which was cooked to perfection! My fiancé had the cowboy ribeye which he loved as well. If you are looking for a great steak definitely come to Steakhouse 85. Be prepared to spend but you will leave satisfied. I would however recommend them looking... More

Had the "Tomahawk Chop" absolutely spectacular. I am a steak guy... although this is NOT Peter Lugers, this is an excellent steak house and the tomahawk makes it worthwhile... I could not finish it.. had to take 1/2 home.. literally. it was memorable the next day also!

We had dinner to celebrate or sons college graduation. Had a great meal with outstanding service.Restaurant was crowded but we were not rushed. We all had filet and the were cooked to perfection. Sunday was 50% off the wine list. We enjoyed a fine bottle of Borolo.

We met friends for a Saturday night dinner, returning to Steakhouse 85 and were immediately warmly greeted by the staff. Our steaks were all incredibly tender and the fish accompanying them (we all had surf and turf) was delicious. The service was impeccable! Definitely improving as they go!

Fantastic on all accounts! An absolute gem of a restaurant. The service was impeccable and the food was out of this world. It was my first time in, but definitely not my last

A number of rooms with different seating options and atmospheres, a good jazz trio the night we ate there, and every dish excellent, substantial, and well presented. Our group was nearly a dozen strong, and everyone enjoyed every dish. The desserts offered a really nice group of options. Not bad so far. But I picked up a round of drinks... More

I have nothing but great things to say about this place! The service is amazing, the food is great and the bar selection is incredible. My husband and I drove 10 hours before arriving in New Brunswick. Our reservation was for 9:15 but by 8 we were still two hours away. I called and changed the reservation to 10 without... More

The food here is nice. Been many times. My issue is that there are so many staff, you are constantly having them walking last your table. Totally amazing. I watched them just walk in circles around the tables. Maybe that explains the higher prices?
