Nice service, good atmosphere, but a bit pricey for the area...

Dinner was good, Food was good, and service and staff were very nice an accommodating. Food prices, in general, was a bit high priced for the area. The wine and drink list was extensive but very pricey, way too high especially in this area. Example, A glass of Sauvignon Blanc $17.00, and glass of... read more

The dinners are just superb as well as the appetizers. Never had anything i did not like here. Even the food at the bar is amazing along with the martinis.

My husband and I were surprised at how disappointed we were given that we always enjoyed Stage Left. The food was not much better than a cafeteria, and grossly over priced The service was good, but still showed up at our table with food that didn't belong to us. The pasta was heavy and thick. What was most annoying was... More

Our first time here and we ordered the garlic bread (could not stop eating it - it's addictive, and neither of us are even bread fans), the shrimp scampi and the stuffed calimari. The scampi had a light, lemony taste and was great accompaniment to the basil linguini. Perhaps because of the garlicy-ness of the bread, I didn't really taste... More

Cannot say enough about CAtherine Lombardi's. The restaurant is VERY SPECIAL, and truly amazing. It really makes you feel make you've gone out to eat for a special occasion. The waitstaff is PERFECT - never intimidating or overbearing. The seating is WONDERFUL, especially if you are lucky enough to be seated in one of the velvet chairs. And the ambiance... More

The restaurant is upstairs, dimly lit and romantic. We have been there twice. The food was exceptional. The black meat balls are delicious as well as the claims casino. I had seafood fradiablo. It was very good. My husband had a wild boar bolognaise that was good. The service was impeccable. My husband got to try several beers to select... More

Catherine Lombardi is above other New Brunswick restaurants. Literally -- it is on the second floor of the building accessible by stairs and elevator. Once upstairs, one steps back in time to a lovely inviting setting, generally attentive service, and traditional Italian food. I highly recommend the very garlic bread. It is as advertised and a delight. A warning --... More

Stayed at a nearby hotel and walked to the restaurant which was close by. To start there were wonderful appetizers and there is something for everyone. I was there with a large group and all loved the food! The eggplant parm was amazing-highly recommend it- but I don't think you can go wrong with anything on the menu:)

I had dinner here on a Friday night and from the looks of the restaurant, I expected a fabulous meal. The ambiance was quite nice. There were many waitstaff personnel so I thought this would be great. When sitting down we were asked immediately if we wanted bottled water and it was done in a way as to increase the... More
