Friendly staff but limited menu

I ate a dinner and breakfast while on a business trip. The staff were all friendly, attentive and helpful. The food was tasty (I particularly enjoyed the flight of bisques with a caesar salad), but the options were a bit more limited that I would have expected at a full-service Hyatt.

They had a great breakfast buffet as well as breakfast items. The service was just okay though. It seemed like some of the staff were confused. However, it was just easy while I was staying at the hotel with my daughter.

Bartender was so nice. She went out of way to make sure everything my wife order was ok with her allergies. Alot of Tvs to watch game. Pat Lafreida burger was excellent Buffalo wing were very good also. Pool table in back is a nice touch when no games on TV.

I was here for a work trade show and I stayed the first night at the Hyatt where the restaurant is located.. The service is great until there are people there.. If you eat there and no on is there you get great service.. Once other people arrive the service goes way down.. From what we noticed it was really... More

This restaurant in the Hyatt hotel has some of the best food I've had in quite a while. Everything is well prepared, nicely presented and quite delicious! Service is friendly and measured. It's a darn shame that the Hyatt chose to squash this restaurant into a dark corner of the lobby, much too close to ball rooms, where you can... More

The bar is very lively and has over 10 tvs. I know many people enjoy having tvs everywhere, but I'm not one. The only drink I had was an ok Manhattan. The burger was also ok, but not extraordinary.

In this country especially, I tend to shy away from chain hotel restaurants in small cities. So, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the dining experience at the Hyatt Regency Glass Woods Tavern in New Brunswick. The breakfast buffet was not extensive but was wholly adequate for my needs, offering lots of fresh fruit in addition to the... More

I have to say, that this hotel property is beautiful. We went to the restaurant for breakfast. The people were very friendly and great hospitality. Had fast service , great coffee! Delicious pancakes. Fresh fruits. You can order a la carte or Buffett. We decided a la carte. Love the clean , bright , crisp decor of the restaurant. Our... More

one entrance was blocked off for renovations and that part was dark and noisy when this place is usually cheerful and light. This affected our desire to eat there. We have eaten there before and enjoyed it, but this time was a bit rushed and claustrophobic ...and empty. Had I known about it I would have chosen somewhere else.

My wife and I were staying at the Hyatt so we decided to have lunch here while we waited to check in. The food was great. We also had the buffet breakfast there the next morning and it was one of the best hotel breakfasts I have had. They make fresh egg omlets to the way you like. A lot... More
