Good food

Its a small place and it actually looks better in person than the pictures on their sites. It has a great atmosphere and great food! I had the shrimp chaufa for dinner and it was amazing and more than enough food to save for left overs. The tres leches was perfect! Not too wet, not to dry. I would... read more

Having spent months traveling in Peru, was eager to once again taste Peruvian specialities. Despite not having essential pisco sours, was delighted with the 3 appetizers and 2 entrees we ordered. Would not however order the seafood stew again because it seemed skimpy and thin for $26.. Beef hearts on a skewer were delicious, though tough once you managed to... More

We took a chance and tried Costanera as a new eating experience. To our surprise we experienced great food, super/personal service and at a very reasonable cost. The special all-inclusive lunch menu was interesting and varied. We enjoyed clams on the half-shell, 2 meals, side salads, soft drinks and dessert for under $40. Obviously, we will return.

First time having Peruvian food and I loved it! We tried 8 dishes, not including dessert, and all of it was very well prepared. The service was exceptional and I would say the staff spent extensive time attending to our needs. We will be back!

Dined here for a small family gathering. The food and service were fantastic. All the food tasted really fresh and we were in the mood for Spanish-type cuisine and Costanera nailed it! Also - the portions were very generous, you'll have leftovers for sure. I will absolutely be back.

I was in the area and friend recommended this place to me. It did not disappoint. The staff was extremely friendly and service was excellent. The owner Juan and our server Gio were the best! Now to the food! We started with the crab cake appetizer. It was excellent. A large cake with mostly lump crab meat, and garnished with... More

I've been to Costanera twice and both times the service was superb and the food amazing. My wife is Peruvian and she agrees that the food is spot on. FYI... BYOB.

It is a small place and was fairly busy for lunch on Sunday (not many nice restaurants are open for Sunday lunch). The staff was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the appetizers: quinoa-crusted fish fritters and Peruvian style marinated kebabs were both a big hit - one of the best we had in a while. The main course... More

I loved this place. I had the steak which was cooked perfectly. Steak comes with a choice of two sides. The seafood platter was very good as well. Service was excellent and the decor in the restaurant was interesting. Worth a try if you are looking for a nice Peruvian place.
