I've been to this restaurant 3 times, and I plan to go again soon. I have never been disappointed with the food or service, and neither have the friends that I have brought with me each time. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about Peru, Peruvian food, and the food that they are serving. It is a very comforting atmosphere... More

We had a leisurely 3 hour lunch on a relatively quiet Sunday. Our party of four split five appetizers and three entrees. Excellent variety and flavors, personable and knowledge service.

Stumbled on this place for lunch - had a great lunch menu with soup, side, drink, and entree for $12-15. Lamb burger was delicious and the due vegetarianos was tasty, well seasoned and filling for a vegetarian plate. The side of sweet potato fries was honestly the best I'd ever had. We walked away pleasantly stuffed with delicious food for... More

We were a party of six taken there by one of our children for a special occassion. It was our first time dining in a restaurant featuring Peruvian food and we were surprised on how much we enjoyed the meal. We started with assorted appetizers including a huge dish of mussels, marinated articholes, lump crab and two others. They were... More

Found parking right outside the restaurant (bring quarters for meter up until 7pm except Sundays). We were only customers and they even offers opening up the front door/windows so we could sit al fresco. Had the ceviche and crab causa which was phenomenal. For entree had the Lomo saltado. Although I've eaten at other fine Peruvian establishments and they used... More

The atmosphere was 'nice enough,' the waiter was pleasant and enthusiastic and also recommended the spicy mussels in red sauce as appetizers in addition to the much-anticipated Ceviche. Truth be told, the citrus marinade which "cooked" the fish was absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, the tuna and one of the other fish ingredients were overpoweringly bad with an overwhelming "fishy" taste that... More

Been here twice now and you can't go wrong. The spicy prawn soup is a meal in itself and all the fish is fresh and tasty. Yummy raw bar too. I was so full that I could not fit dessert. Guess I am going back!!!

On Saturday 3/15/14, I went to this restaurant with a party of 4 to try it out. I had the worst customer service I had ever experienced at a restaurant. While ordering, the waiter asked for my choice of sides. I asked him what the options were, he replied "they are in the menu, why can't you read it". I... More

The restaurant is very nice as far as ambience and decor. Very well located in the middle of Montclair. Music is latin. BYOB is always good. The menu is one of those where you have to read it over and over to make a choice because you want everything. Nice trick because all we could talk about was what we... More
