We have a shore tradition of beginning our New Years Eve at the Tuckahoe Inn. My husband and I dined here with 5 other couples last night. The place was packed but it always is on NYE. We were seated promptly at the time of our reservations. The service was fast and attentive. I can only comment on my dinner... More

Our early bird dinner began with two salad plates of ordinary mixed greens, and a few cherry tomatoes. Blue cheese dressing was creamy, of the right consistency, and, well, blue cheesey, if you really like blue cheese as I do. Bread basket was a few rolls of Pillsbury dough that was heated in an oven at 350 degrees for a... More

For a change this year we decided to spend our Thanksgiving holiday at the Jersey shore. Since there are not many places open on the holiday we made reservations at the Tuckahoe Inn. It was the most memorable holiday meal that we have had in years. The staff was wonderful, the view of the bay beautiful and the food was... More

We had Thanksgiving dinner at The Tuckahoe Inn for the 2nd year in a row. We have to say that we enjoyed this so much that we could make this a tradition. The food was awesome! You have your choice from an outstanding holiday menu. Not all of us had turkey. Some of us had turkey, some had seafood, and... More

Can't say enough about the Tuckahoe Inn. We travel 70 miles one way to go there whenever we get the chance (and go to AC on the way back which is very convenient). Great atmosphere. Exterior and interior are charming. It is a stand alone inn on a street that dead ends at Egg Harbor Bay. The host and hostesses... More

My family recently celebrated my mother's birthday at Tuckahoe Inn. Our server Terry was very nice, however the quality of the food was awful! Everything was served Luke warm and the taste was very bland! My mother really wanted to try the Tuckahoe Inn, I'm just glad this is now checked off of her bucket list!

Thankfully the area has grown enough that there are other great choices. Rude front staff. Basically don't care I you come or not. Servers poorly trained and not pleasant. Live the commercials with all the happy people. I have been treated badly twice in the last year. I'll move on

The Tuckahoe Inn in Marmora NJ provides a warm, relaxing, inviting and somewhat nautical ambiance for casual dining. The lunch menu includes a fixed price, 3 course meal for under $20.00. Soup or salad, entree, dessert and coffee are all included. Menu options are ample and include a large number of seafood dishes from crab cake with real, large, lump... More

Haven't been to the Tuckahoe in more than 20 years and not much has changed. We met up with some good friends for a nice Saturday night dinner in early October. The place was very busy but we didn't have to wait too long for a table, even though you could say this would be "off season". The service was... More
