We went to Johnny's Cafe and Bar because our server from the Atlantic City Bar and Grill told us about it. She was correct; it was great. The restaurant is divided into 2 sections, with a retro decor. Excellent coffee and food, eggs over easy, scrambled eggs, lox, bagels, cream cheese, toast, potatoes, and fresh fruit. They happily subbed fresh... More

The bar at Johnny's is a great place to spend a Wednesday night! The bar tenders are friendly, cordial and set a mood of welcome to the casually elegant place. The food is simply delicious and all the variety is fun to sample. There are lots of nice people to chat up and the Sinatra style music is pleasant to... More

Just got back from Johnny's where the shrimp, scallops and crab meat special had no crab meat. The waiter, who never listened to us from the get go, grabbed my plate without listening. I told him to leave my plate and he ran away with it. I called Johnny over who called me drunk and threatened to throw me out... More

We went to Johnny's for lunch on 4/19/14. We were a party of 13. We asked the women in charge for a additional table so 13 grown ups wouldn't be cramped.she angerly said no we can't take up another of our tables on a Sunday afternoon even though it was Saturday. We were waiting to sit and the same person... More

Went to Johnny's for birthday dinner. The service was absolutely spectacular. The waiter was overly generous with our "pickiness" with wine selections. We sat and enjoyed-no rushing whatsoever. Bartender bought us after-dinner shots. The food was delicious-all of it. My veal chop was the most tender and perfectly cooked one I have had in a long time. I had not... More

Our favorite meal at Johnnies in Margate is breakfast/brunch. It is consistently great, the service in season is very good, and the prices are not out of line. We take all our friends.

It is nice when you can go to a shore restaurant in the winter have have great food and Music. Food was great Service-impeccable and a great Dj to finish off the evening with Cocktails and dancing. If the place is this good in the winter....can't wait to see what it's like in the summer.

delicious New Year's Eve meal!! The largest & tastiest shrimp cocktail I've had in ages. The surf and turf was fabulous, both in size and taste. Baked Alaska for dessert!! Yum!!

Where else can you go in this day an age and get 3 lollipop lamb chops for $6? I think we ordered almost every appetizer on the menu! Service was great, our waiter was really nice and the atmosphere was great. Loved the guy singing Sinatra. Surprised how big the restaurant was. Looking forward to coming again!
