Carrabba's used to be a solid B+ place to have dinner. Not any more. They are owned by Outback who have changed their menu for format as well. The two of them now are not worth a visit. Not a one. The nice salads that used to be part of a meal with these places. Gone! You want to pay... More

We visited the Route 38 Carrabba's on a Sunday night for dinner. There was a 1/2 hour wait for a table and all seats at the pasta bar were occupied. We decided to sit at the bar and have dinner there. The bartender was very nice and accommodating. My wife wanted a dish that was discontinued from the menu. The... More

Under the guise of updating its menu, Carrabas has stopped doing what attracted us to this restaurant in the first place -- making its own pasta fresh for its specialty dishes. We so enjoyed the TagPicPac only to find the Tag replaced by pre-made linguini. Congrat, Carrabas! You have gone from someplace unique to just another Italian restaurant among hundreds... More

Visited Carrabba's on December 28 after a movie. It took about ten to fifteen minutes to get a glass of water then another fifteen to get our drinks. Waitress said bartender was backed up when the place was half empty on a Monday night. The bar had only two patrons! Many people were waiting to be seated, yet half the... More

After not visiting Carrabba's for over 10 years, we decided to have dinner the other night. From start to finish, it was an excellent experience. Our server, Chris, was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. The veal marsala that I ordered was amazing and my husband's steak and shrimp was done to perfection. The vanilla, chocolate gelato and raspberry... More

While visiting this area for a local convention, we dined here for a birthday celebration. We both ordered the steak with shrimp and scallops and it was simply delicious!!! The steak was tender and juicy and the seafood was cooked to perfection. Our waitress was attentive and kept our water glasses filled. We were too full to enjoy dessert but... More

From the margarita, to the Caesar salad, to the entree, dinner was delicious !!! And to top it off, all was gluten free! They do have an extensive GF menu which is pretty close to the regular one. My friend and I both were in the mood for a steak and chicken, so we opted for a combi action platter.... More

The good - the waiter was very helpful and tried hard. However he oversold the food. What he thought was great was mediocre at best. Our salads were limp and should have been thrown out a day ago. They had no Italian dressing. At an Italian restaurant?? The pizza was cold, cheesy and tasteless. The ravioli was cheesy, rubbery and... More
