When my family and I think Mexican, we head to Casa Comida! The food is excellent, the chips & salsa divine, and the service beyond compare! I also love that the food comes out so fast after ordering as well. Good selection of Mexican beers to go with dinner, and the choices for dinner go on and on! A little... More

Have been here three times since the "Sandy" restoration. The menu is overwhelming and a "special page" adds over 20 choices. The Margarita/Tequila choices alone offer well over 100 options. I have not been disappointed in my drink choices were at the lower end of the price options! Chips and salsa include a mild and spicy option which was not... More

First visit here. Looking for great Mexican food and margaritas, but this is average. Chips & salsa placed on table while looking over menus were disappointment. Salsa like tasteless, bottled tomato juice, even when added hot sauce from separate bowl. Menu has standard selection of burritos, tacos, enchiladas, quesadillas, fajitas plus American burgers. On the plus side, menu did have... More

Chips and salsa thrown on the table. Asked for 2nd chips...no one to be found to accommodate. Requested refills.. Took forever ..when complained to management / owner said we... More

Casa Comida is a great little gem that can be frequented by anyone. The prices are very reasonable and dishes are freshly made to order. This is one of the few places left that the owner is on hand to greet/seat you. Definitely worth the trip!

Once was a regular, 4 or 5 years ago. Every visit since then has been disappointing. The place is often nearly deserted, even on weekends. Food isn't what it used to be; even the chips are soggy. Sorry it's gone, even if it's still there.

Great environment, but food is not very authentic. Place is geared for college crowd, and TVs are too small to see at bar

I love mexican, good mexican that is, you might call this a more authentic less tex-mex, if by that you meant lacking flavor and poorly cooked. I can say the service is above average for New Jersey, which is still rather poor. Food was over-cooked dry, and without flavor. It was very convenient so I wanted to love it, but... More
