Great Atmosphere

Enjoy the style of the restaurant. Food is good. Missed the fried pickle. Service was pretty good. Overall, an okay experience.

my shrimp scampi had only 3 large shrimp and odd meat flavor. I also had a lettuce wedge salad that was quite tasty. The consensus from the four of use who dined were that the portions were too small for the price that was charged.

We stayed in the hotel, so decided to try the restaurant for dinner. Very glad we did. Menu had just enough variety, so you know everything is fresh. Would definately visit again.

We were staying across the street, so thought walking to dinner would be good deal. Concierge and wait staff were first rate. The menu is somewhat limited (8 entrees if my memory works tonight), but the food we had was first quality. My wife had the Scottish Salmon, I had the pork tenderloin and both went down quite well.

A group of us went here after work for apps and drinks. There were about 18 of us so they gave us a small room off the bar. Our waitress, Nicole was so nice and very attentive. No one ever had to go to the bar for a drink. The best service ever, she kept a large group happy and... More

We ended our week long vacation at LBI with a terrific dinner at Daddy O's. We were a party of 9 including 2 children. Everyone's meal was served perfectly. The fried calamari were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The sushi was excellent, fresh and very tasty. Our server was very attentive and didn't miss a beat.... More

We've come here at least once every year since they've opened and this year was no exception. It has had its ups and downs but at base Daddy O is our favorite restaurant on LBI. But to get great food you have to know the secret - Daddy O is a 'Nouvelle American Cuisine' restaurant not a temple to seafood.... More

When you spend $400.00 for 4 people dinner and appetizers it should be great. Ordered the Clam Chowder, it was cold no clams and watery! Line caught Tuna $34.00 was cold and fried rice was undercooked and ice cold. Lobster was over seasoned with cinnamon. Manager Eric is all lip service no substance! There are a lot of other restaurants... More

The food was really good and prices were good also. The sushi was delicious and extreamly fresh. Ask for the bar menu and the truffle fries are a MUST!

Whoever named this place one of the "top rooftop bars in America" needs to have their head examined. First of all, the rooftop area is small providing no view of the ocean or bay whatsoever, and the minuscule bar is inconveniently placed in a tiny corner area. My family chose to have a party here one night (with 25 guests),... More
