I have gone to many many steakhouses. The last time we went we had a below average meal as well as this time. The person who brought the bread around could not speak English and they did not have any whole wheat products. The drinks they brought to the table were the wrong ones. They took off our plates when... More

We have been to the Strip House several times. This past Friday night the food was good but the service less than stellar We shared the Ahi Tuna and Filet Mignon. The Tuna was delicious. But the fillet which was ordered medium was medium on one end and blood rare on the other side. Strange that a piece of meat... More

We eat here every few months and find the food and service very good. I ordered the petite filet mignon and caesar salad. This is one steakhouse that cooks medium to my liking. It is not too red or well done, just right. A recent addition is onion rings that were enjoyable. My husband had the bone in filet which... More

I recently went here for my 5lst birthday. So so average. I have been here many times for a special occasions but this time it was disappointing. The Filet Mignon had so much pepper on it it was hard to eat. The Mahi Mahi and the Salmon was overcooked! With so many great steak houses in the area I would... More

Hard to find restaurant connected to a hotel complex.  Pretty slow when we arrived, and classic steakhouse vibe – dark light, dark wood, and expensive (and yes, they charge you extra for side dishes)!  Service can be better, food is okay if you don’t mind waiting.  Would I come back here?  Probably not – there are better & cheaper options... The food was average overall. The steak was fairly underdone for what was ordered as medium-well. Perhaps they understood it as medium-rare. We didn't send it back, though. They don't have a children's menu, so for the 2 children we ordered 2 sides and the large (14 oz) fillet mignon to share. My wife and I had a fish and... More

The food is good and the service is attentive. The restaurant has not been crowded during our visits so it does not get loud like some other steak houses. It is decorated in the old steakhouse vein, that is, red brocade walls and dark woods.

This place has the feel of an old school NYC steakhouse tucked away on route 10 in Livingston. While the formula is tried and true, the execution has to be flawless at these prices- and they've yet to miss the mark during my half dozen visits. Veggies are perfectly prepared and served. Seafood apps are flavorful and abundant. Then there... More

My wife and I went to the Strip House for our anniversary. The food was excellent and it had a nice atmosphere. We found it to be a little pricey but didn't mind since it was a special occasion. Our steaks were delicious and our dessert was yummy!
