My wife and I have dined at Acacia on five occasions, the most recent of which was this Valentine's Day, and every time has been an excellent experience. the menu includes a good variety of choices, the quality of the food -- from appetizer to salad to entree to dessert -- is consistently excellent and the service staff is top-notch... I gave this restaurant a negative review several years ago, after having dinner there with 3 friends. I returned yesterday with a group for a preset lunch that included bruchetta, appetizers, a choice of entrees, dessert, and a beverage. I was very pleasantly surprised at the high quality of every course. The bruchetta had very fresh tasing chopped tomatoes, which... More

Well prepared, interesting food is the main attraction. The pear salad, mussels, duck/macaroni balls, filet mignon, duck breast, chocolate/peanut butter mouse and chocolate bread pudding were all excellent. Unfortunately the scallops were nothing special. With regard to the stuffed breast of lamp, the meat and accompanying vegetables were delicious. Unfortunately there was a lot more stuffing than meat and the... More

Working in the area and a local co-worker recommended this restaurant. The meals are pricey; however it is bring your own wine, so it becomes reasonable. I chose the salmon and I requested a different vegetable added and they accommodated my request. My co-workers chose the steak and both enjoyed their meal. The dining room is very quaint and elegant... More

We were a large group for lunch, and every person enjoyed the apps and the main. Service was very attentive and low-key. Price good for quality.

Wonderful time. We have come here several times and the dining experience is great. On New Year's Eve other guests were not as courteous as they could have been in such a close space. But we would come here again and again.

If you like and appreciate seasonal food, prepared lovingly and expertly, you will have a wonderful eating experience at this well appointed restaurant. It is quite evident that the chef takes time with his recipe development, preparation and plating. I applaud the chef's creativity and hope more people will discover this gem!

We think Acacia is consistently one of the best restaurants in the Princeton/Lawrenceville/Trenton area. The waitstaff are very knowledgeable and friendly. The place is attractive both indoors and on the patio. And most importantly, the food is terrific! Their soups and salads are creative and delicious. The appetizers are often so good that it is hard to get to the... More
