Friday evening dinner, restaurant quieter than usual, maybe 25 people there when we arrived for our 7:30 reservation. Another 12 - 15 arrived after. Service and ambience were terrific. Had a classic ceasar salad to start which was good. Could improve it with larger and tastier croutons. Partner had shrimp baked in pastry. These were outstanding. Three shrimp wrapped individually... For years I have driving by this place thinking, how cute, outside seating, I bet this place would be great! So, I finally got myself a gift certificate from restaurants.com & met a friend there. The menu is limited but if you are not a picky eater, you will be able to find something. Most items *sounded* great! The waitress... More

We wrote our last Acacia review almost 2 years ago, in April 2012. Since then, we have been to Acacia quite a few times, and are happy to report that the restaurant is doing good. The menu gets some nice additions now and then, there is always a choice of specials, the food is consistently very decent, and the service... More

Brought a party of 17 here for New Years Eve. Everyone raved about the food. Servers are wonderful, management is very accommodating. We dine here regularly and it is also a magnificent fine dining experience for lunch or dinner.

Went with a party of 8 and could not have been more pleased! The food was excellent! Shrimp appetizer was one of the best I've had in a while. The wedge and asian pear salads were both delicious! Filet and duck were perfectly cooked and well sauced. Desserts were equally wonderful, from the bread pudding to the creme brule, cheesecake... More

I stopped by Acacia on a weeknight with a friend for an impromptu dinner. There were only two other groups dining, and they appeared to be families of kids at the boarding school. I had not eaten there in a while, but I was excited to see the place deserted with little of the normal loud din. In the past... More

This restaurant is not as popular as others in the area, but it should be. A small quiet elegant place with an extraordinary menu and the BYOW option. The service is outstanding and the place is nicely decorated. We were there for a weeding anniversary, I tried the boar they had as special of the day (AMAZING) my wife some... More

After a not-to-be-named restaurant down the street from Acacia double-booked my bridal shower, we ended up at Acacia who accepted us last minute and opened on a Saturday afternoon especially for us. The decor and size if perfect for a private event, and the food was all delicious. The best part was the service: truly warm and friendly and helpful.... More

My mother hosted my baby shower here last weekend and it was amazing. The guests raved about the food and the staff was very accomodating. The portions were very large and the dishes were presented well. We had looked at many other restaurants and Acacia was by far the easiest to work with in regards to customizing the menu choices... The Asian pear salad was clearly the highlight of the meal. My blacken grouper, a special of the day, lacked zest and the accompaniments were bland. My wife and son also felt that the crab cakes and pairing were non-distinguishing. We did not order desert. The service made us feel that we were in a diner. Given the many fine... More
