Bow wow!

I don't usually eat hot dogs but went here with family at their suggestion. Pretty neat! I loved how the menu items are named for everyday heroes like firemen, military, etc.! Every one has a unique spin and interesting flavor combination, too! The service was friendly and the food was pretty... read more

My husband and I tried 4 of their hot dogs. They were delicious! I would recommend The Grunt dog! The sauce on it is great, not that spicy, but great flavor! We will be back!

Oh Captain ..oh Captain these special Dogs are a treat. The chilli covered ones are perfection and it is obvious that this owner (former Trenton NJ fireman) knows how to cook them just right.. The place is always busy. My grand children love this placate.

I like this place. Hot dogs, shakes and ice cream: a great combination! It's fun, it's festive, and the outdoor seating is nice when the weather permits. This place makes me feel like a kid again. The unusual thing is that the decor is filled with memorabilia of firemen and firefighters, so if you are a fireman you will love... More

Friendly service at the small counter inside, lots of picnic tables for whenever the weather permits. Every topping imaginable is available. My favorite is the 3-alarm chili dog. You're sure to find a hot dog you can love here.

Captain Paul's hot dogs are the best ever and there are so many to choose from! The owner is super friendly. One night I was in the mood for one of his hot dogs and called to see whether he was still open. He was about to close but said he'd keep it open until I arrived. Who else would... More

We enjoyed the outside experience of having hot dogs, sandwiches and funnel cake fries today. The staff was especially kind and helpful. It was nice and cool outside under the umbrellas. The prices were fair ~ soda can and specific bottle beverages were $1.00. Again, fair prices. Hot dogs ranged in the $3.00 price. I enjoyed hot dog with bacon... More

My daughter and I frequent Captain Paul's for their ice cream sundaes and occasional meal. The shop is pretty cool and is heavily decorated with fireman and police memorabilia including patches, helmets, etc. to commemorate our community heroes. The service and service is always good. For the price, you can't beat it. The hotdogs and barbecue are good and you... More
