Great food, great service, great owners

I have eaten at Captain Paul's many times. The hot dogs are excellent, whether you get boiled or fried. So many different variations of toppings. There are a few seats at the counter, but most seating it outside. Perfect in spring summer and fall.

From all of us at Captain Paul's, we thank each and every one of our customers who have visited us for the wonderful, very kind and very much appreciated comments! FYI during the fall and winter months, we bring in Boar's Head soup, which is delicious! We hope you stop by and try it out. Thank you again! More

Neat outdoor type restaurant with hot dogs covered with anything you can think of just north of Trenton New Jersey. I tried the Devil Dog which was great. They have other sandwich's and shakes. Fun place to stop if your in central Jersey. Ask Siri for directions I think she already eat there lol.

So what got me in the door of this interesting place was a gift certificate from a local blood donation center. I decided to stop here on the way home and not being sure where it was, recall the building Capt. Paul's is in from the 70's when I was in HS up the street. I never expected to have... More

And we have visited Paul's many times over the years. It has been a pleasure getting to know Paul and his family who always greets us with tremendous hospitality. As for the food the hotdogs are outstanding. However typically my family goes for the water rice and the ice cream which is simply outstanding. He has the best mi t... More

Captain Paul's is always helping out local organizations. Great hotdogs and the soft ice cream is the best. Take your family for ice cream. You can't bet their prices.

I don't usually eat hot dogs but went here with family at their suggestion. Pretty neat! I loved how the menu items are named for everyday heroes like firemen, military, etc.! Every one has a unique spin and interesting flavor combination, too! The service was friendly and the food was pretty good...I would've liked a little larger portion but what... More

My husband and I tried 4 of their hot dogs. They were delicious! I would recommend The Grunt dog! The sauce on it is great, not that spicy, but great flavor! We will be back!
