Very good restaurant in a beautiful town

We were on our way to Princeton to do some shopping and passed by this café in Lawrenceville. It looked like it might be a decent place for lunch so we parked in the rear and entered through the side door. We received a friendly greeting, sat next to a window, and had a really nice lunch at a... read more

We were the last seating before close and found the server and manager to be super accommodating. My girlfriend and I loved our dishes and their prices. We followed up with takeout which didn't seem to lack in quality by any stretch. Very generous seafood portions! We will be back again!

Had lunch at Chambers Walk the other day and had a delicious quiche. The atmosphere here is definitely cool; you order your food when you enter the place and then it is served at your table. Menu had everything from burgers to quiche...nice mix of good food.

Never fail good food at reasonable prices for the portions provided. You can take anyone there: your date, your family, your small kid or your grown kid. The chefs include locally provided and grown ingredients from farms in the area. Service is small town friendly. Mario the owner is also a considerate member of the community. This is a keeper!

Winter, summer, spring or fall…order the soup or salad to start. The soups here are excellent and the salads are always fresh creative and appropriately dressed. The menu is interesting without being too far out. Griggstown chicken dishes are always available and are delicious, pork, steak and fresh fish and vegan offerings never disappoint and there is something for everyone... More

The weather was very cold, rainy and windy, so what better to order than the Chicken Panchetta soup with vegetables and their Organic greens salad? The soup was absolutely delicious with lots of flavorful chicken, veggies and pancetta. It was served in a rather big bowl and piping hot. The salad was a great mix of greens, cranberries, pistachios and... More

I have had several wonderful dinners here in the past month. I was pleasantly surprised with how good the desserts were - we shared several among friends and they were all really delicious. It is byob so you can economize that way. Service attentive without being annoyingly so! Pleasant ambiance as well. Thumbs up.

We love to eat here because the food is always fresh and delicious. The menu is not huge, but everything is delicious. The soups are a great start, the beef barley was hearty and so flavorful. The pasta was light and the fish so fresh and perfectly prepared. We enjoy a bottle of NJ wine and listening to the fabulous... More

Food is rather simple and playing is not pretty. Quality is OK. Price is rather high for what you get. Service is OK but not friendly. If you there and have no choice then go in, but not worth special trip

We love this restaurant! We go often and over the years have found that the food and service is consistently excellent. It is BYOB - like all restaurants in the Village. We've tried them all but Chambers Walk is by far our favorite.
