I visited on a Friday and Saturday nite. Food was ok and the drinks were good. Both nites they had bands which were not bad but the Saturday nite band was better

We live a few towns over and enjoy stopping here for dinner every now & then. There is almost always a long wait during the summer time dinner hours. A table for 2 inside at 6:30 had a 50 minute wait. But they do have outside sidewalk seating next door which had no wait and the same menu. So we... More

Crabs Claw is open and busy year round... expect to wait during weekend summer months. Soft shell crab is excellent, as is the rest of the seafood. French dip, pulled pork also very good. Lunch is always a great value. Music on the weekend, with room enough to dance! Bar is crowded even during snow storms. Lots of fun.

We have been going to this restaurant for years. Stay with the basics, broiled lobster, grilled fish and the food is great. The lobster bisque and shrimp salad are also very good. Avoid this place during peek tourist season the service and food aren't always good.

Just okay. Nothing to write home about. Stuff shrimp with crab bland , torpedo tips rubbery. But I guess for the shore it was alright. What a shame though, I thought Sandy would have made restaurants down there improve there standards. Just saying.

Was down the shore for the day. Family recommended - was delicious! Chris our waiter was great! I enjoyed the Monday-Thursday specials menu. Would of liked to see some drink specials, but had a fantastic dinner!

Have been there several times on and off season. Place is always great. Food and Music is wonderful. Crowd is over 30 which makes it even better.

I now live in Lavallette and this place is a mainstay. Good music on the weekend. Service depends on which bartender you get. Steve and one of the older gentlemen are great. Some of the others attitudes leave a little to desire. Cocky, arrogant, and they honestly could care less because place is always busy. Food is overpriced but good.... More

Lavallette is my hometown. This restaurant has the worst food and has had for decades. People only go because there are so few choices in town.
