On a side street in Lambertville is a small locally owned restaurant that serves the best and reasonably prices food around. Located in an old row home you feel like you are in someone's home. Seating is tight but the atmosphere is delightful. Bring your own wine and check out the specials on the large slate hanging on the wall... More

This is my second review of Rick's. Knowing that Saturday night is a busy night for restaurants in Lambertville I made reservations two weeks in advance. The restaurants are small and finding a parking space can be very frustrating. There is metered parking until 9pm so bring plenty of quarters. Our reservation was for 7:15pm and as expected the place... More

The chicken in my chicken parm was way over cooked :( but still tasty. Salad was great. Beef braciola was really good.

With Italian food it's the flavor of the sauce that makes or breaks it. Rick's sauce is very favorable with the right mixture of spices and a solid consistency. Small tables and good service make it an enjoyable dinner. Place is packed on weekends, so be sure to reserve. BYOB, they will serve to you with no corking fee.

We just came from Ricks on a Sunday evening - arrived about 5:30 and got the last available table. After that patrons had to wait for a table to come available. Ricks takes no reservations on any evening. If a table is not ready you list your name on a clip board that hangs on the wall. There was only... More

Can't beat the setting of this authentic Italian BYO restaurant in Lambertville, NJ. This small, semi attached home has a front living room with inch thick knotty pine panelling which serves as its main dining room. Chef Daniel and his twin brother were in the tiny kitchen kicking out big time food made from scratch.

The restaurant itself is not fancy, plain brown panelled walls. We were there about 8:00 P.M. on a Friday night, it was very busy and very noisey. We liked the fact that you could bring your own bottle. We ordered the garden salad to share. The bought out some bread & Butter and a small dish of hummus spread it... More

It's BYOB, they don't take reservations but the wait is worth it. Get there early and you won't have a problem getting a table.

Waitress and chef very accommodating. Made our dinner special and delicious! Scallops, mashed potatoes topped with spinach, and light sauce was awesome, as was butternut carrot bisque. Will return.
