A friend recommended Marhaba about 18 months ago and it has since become one of our favorite local spots. The food is truly delicious -- from the fresh from the oven pita bread and amazing dips to the kabobs, koshari and fetush, I have never been served anything that wasn't absolutely delicious. The cool Egyptian decor and laid-back atmosphere definitely... More

I'm a local and I love going to Marhaba's. The food is delicious & reasonably priced. The place is beautifully decorated. It's a BYO. Their hours are convenient. Win win win win.

I discovered this place through a friend last year and even though they serve other Middle-Eastern food (the place is decorated Egyptian because I think the owners are), I only eat one thing when I go there: The Gyro...the pita wrapped sandwich that is in my estimation not only the best Gyro (pronounced like it looks at this place) I... This is a great little restaurant off the beaten path. Whether you eat in or take out the food is consistently good and the staff is always friendly. Prices are great for this area which makes this another local favorite.

It's hard to find a place that pleases everyone, but Marhaba is one of our favorite Lambertville restaurants. Located off the beaten path on South Union, it's worth the walk. Vegetarian choices are numerous, and include salads, a delicious lentil soup, falafel, hummus, a red pepper dip and baba ganoush to name a few. The baba ganoush is one of... More

I got the hummus with pita as an appetizer and the falafel sandwich as my meal. I love hummus, but I generally don't get too excited about it. But the hummus here was legitimately delicious, and the pita was warm, fresh, and flaky. And the falafel was some of the best I've ever had. (And it is served with cucumber,... More

A group of us went for a late lunch on a cold Saturday afternoon. The service was slow but the worth the wait. Enjoyed their lemonade iced tea and lentil soup was was delicious. Highly recommend the Sabich (smoked eggplant sandwich) and the Rocket (falafel). Also we tried the meat platter and kufta entrees. Can't wait to return.

"Marhaba" means "welcome" in Arabic and that's exactly how we felt on a recent frigid Saturday evening as we met a few friends there for dinner. It's located in a quaint old building, a bit off the beaten path in town, but don't let that keep you from visiting and enjoying the food and atmosphere. The decor is homely, with... More
