Nothing fancy, good Middle Eastern food at reasonable prices off the beaten bath in Lambertville. The place, which is small, was fairly full at lunchtime midweek. There is table service, and the one waitress managed to do an excellent job of keeping the food coming. I had a gyro - tasty, but could have used a bit more sauce. Husband... More

Good versions of Middle Eastern standards and attentive service offset cramped quarters and a no-reservations policy.

We found this place via TripAdvisor. It's tucked away in a residential neighborhood across from a B&B and some apartments. The interior is unassuming but charming with some exposed brick walls and interesting lamps hanging from the ceiling. We arrived in time for lunch and had the gyro and the falafel sandwich. Both were just delicious and freshly prepared. Bill... More

We decided to take it Lambertville, New Hope. My Wife had remembered a middle eastern restaurant we had dessert at. She wanted to try it for dinner so we strolled over. We were not disappointed. The food was excellent. We ordered Grape Leaves, Tabouli, Labna and kibbie for appetizers and they nailed it. It was great. It was served with... More

Food is absolutely out of this world! Very fresh. Portion is just right. The reason I gave 4 not 5 star because they only accept cash.

In nearby Lambertville, NJ, this restaurant features some of the best middle eastern food I've ever had. From staples like babaganoush and stuffed grapes to unusual items like fatoush and tagine cooked foods, this is the place. The chef is Egyptian, the staff knowledgeable and helpful, and there is a parking lot! Highly recommended!

Great food! It's a small place, so expect to wait if you show up on a Friday or Saturday night at dinnertime. But the wait is worth it. Great gyro platter, and the chicken shawwarma is really good, too. Also try the "pitza," a nice variation on pizza.
